Rimfire 222 is a beautifully updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo nestled right in the heart of Snowshoe Village. The living room features a plush queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace perfect for warming up after a long day on the mountain, and a 65" Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy spectacular mountain and sunset views year-round.
The fully upgraded kitchen comes equipped with granite countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided — guests should bring any specialty spices or ingredients.
Note: Due to strong mountain winds, the gas fireplace may occasionally fail to operate.

This property offers fantastic access to all the Snowshoe Village activities, shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit. One tip is if you are staying multiple days you may want to bring extra towels and washcloths. Also there is a fee for parking in the garage.
Great place, clean and amazing proximity to shops, slopes etc. One big issue was the fact the windows did not shut/seal. Created a bad draft and made it cold at night. This needs fixed.
