Contacted management which was easy and they said they would place an ionizer to try to clean the air but said that we would need to be out of the condo for 1-2 hours. They did quickly place the ionizer but did nothing to reduce the smell. When they came to pick up the equipment they said oh well, nothing else they could do. The smell was so overpowering there is no way the cleaning crew shouldn’t have noticed. And when there initial attempt did nothing to alleviate the problem nothing else was attempted, no air fresheners, no additional attempts at cleaning… just oh well nothing we can do about it. We left our clothes in our bags to reduce the smoke permeating our clothes but still had to wash everything when we got home. Great location, decent living space but would not recommend as it was a “smoke free rental” which was anything but ##### Chris K. It is right at the top of the powderidge lift so was so easy to pop back to the condo for lunch or a break. The only issue was that the door code did not work upon arrival. With no cell service, we had to drive to a different location to call and get the code, a completely different one than the one that had been emailed to us weeks earlier.
