Located right at the top of the powder monkey lift, you have easy access to both the western territory and basin trails. Steps from Tuques bar and grill, Appalachia Kitchen and Slice Pizza. you are also only a few hundred yards from the village area. It doesn't get much better than this! First Floor: As you enter the unit, you will be greeted by a mud room for all your ski gear. As you continue into the unit, you'll find the completely renovated, open-concept kitchen built to handle just about anything you can cook up! To the right is the first queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, including a fabulous custom tile shower! The living area has a sleeper sofa and 2 arm chairs. Coming late summer 2024 will be hanging bike storage in the living area just inside the sliding door. Out the sliding glass door is a small patio with bench seating and easy access to the western territory! Second Floor: Upstairs you will find the loft area, complete with another sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony. The adjoining bathroom includes a custom tile shower.
