Great condo and almost exactly what we expected going into it. The only thing I would suggest is to make it clear that towels and linens are not included. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our stay aas great. The beds were comfortable and I loved the convenience to the beach and pool. I wish we would have stayed 2 weeks. We had the best time. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Great Location!

Loved the views from the balcony and we had plenty of chairs for our group. The beach was never overcrowded. The place was clean and you could tell it is well loved and maintained by its owners. Communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely stay again.

The property was well maintained, easy parking and condo access, as well as beach and pool access. Our condo was lovely with all the touches from home. We would definitely rent this "home away from home" again. Thank you!!!

We didn't want to leave!

This property is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully decorated, very conveniently arranged and stocked with necessities. The only bad thing about it was that we had to leave. The view from the balcony is perfect. This particular condo is literally right next to the elevator, so it is very convenient in that way as well. The property owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. There was an issue that arose before our arrival, and she was promptly in touch with us to make us aware. The situation was handled quickly. The owner's attentiveness was very much appreciated. I can't say enough good things about the property or the owner. The location was wonderful. My husband and I would absolutely love to go back there for another stay!

Great view, amazing time

Property was exactly as described. Check in was easy...was thankful for the elevators. Condo is right off the elevator on the 4th floor, which I was concerned about but I never heard any noise from the elevator or at all. It was so quiet even though all units were occupied. I was nervous about renting linens as I have never done that before and didn't want to lug ours along...we were already packing enough. It was actually an easy process and reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend using Topsail Linens. The walk down to the beach was easy. Beach itself was awesome. Pool area looked great but we never went in as we were always on the beach. Appreciated that the unit had a lot of beach stuff to use...from beach toys, umbrella, beach chairs, small beach coolers, etc. Parking was also easy. Even with all the occupants, there was always parking available. We had an awesome time, made lots of memories and we will definitely be making a trip back.

Enjoyed our honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The view is spectacular and we saw dolphin numerous times swimming along the shore. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our week including beach chairs, umbrellas, and other things to use on the beach. There were some minor cleanliness issues with some baseboards/cabinets that needed some minor attention but everything else was very clean. The binder with area information needs some updating (menus change) but the information was very helpful with what there is to do and see on the island. Much quieter end of the island and had no issues with noise. We would go back!

We had a great vacation. The owner of the condo has thought of everything! The condo was very clean and the furniture , beds and amenities were everything we needed. Topsail is a wonderful vacation spot and we are already planning for next year .

Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at this property. The decorations and feel of the condo were great! We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! The furniture was comfortable, and we had all we needed in the kitchen. We were a bit dissatisfied with the cable tv options/channels, but we were able to purchase an HDMI cord (at the local Dollar General) to hook our computer up to the tv to access our own streaming accounts, so that worked out great! The pool was great, as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

Little piece of pardise

My family and I were fortunate enough to find this property. We were delighted in the decor and cleanliness of the property. the master bedroom and adjoining balcony were wonderful and seeing the ocean as we woke every morning was a wonderful way to start the day. The living room had all the necessary amenities for us and my tees were delighted at the speed of the wifi. Second bedroom was functional and provided 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa for the kids. Kitchen had a simple layout and while the stove and microwave are a bit dated, they accomplished the task of letting me cook a few days to save money on meals. North Topsail Beach has few amenities which we found peaceful. We visited with friends in Surf City and were glad we choose to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Overall an excellent place and we would be happy to return.

Very clean. Great view. Not completely updated. A plastic foam toilet from the 80''s is nasty.

Being stuck in an elevator 3 times in one week is more than nerve racking. No fan service working in elevator made trips extremely uncomfortable. Overall rating on a scale from 1 to 10......give an 8.
