"I'm going to start with the one (and only!) suggestion I have for the property for improvement. Everything about our unit was great, except for the walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The shower head was of the older style water-saver type - very little water pressure and a low volume of water. In that big shower booth, that shower head did not produce enough water to make it a comfortable experience. The parts of you that are in the weak hot water stream can stay warm, while the rest of you is freezing because you're standing in the cool air. Also, someone with thick or long hair will have a hard time washing their hair in that shower. There are modern water-saver shower heads that do way better than this one did. Otherwise, the unit was wonderful and we had an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was modern and stocked with all the basics. Advice: If you're a coffee drinker, there is a full-size drip coffeemaker in the unit, but the provided coffee and supplies are basic hotel stuff. Recommend bringing your own coffee if you savor your cuppa. Tea drinkers will want to bring their own tea and a kettle. There is a grocery store about three miles down the road that should have anything you need. Building is in a quiet area - trains do rumble through occasionally, but they're quick. You can also faintly hear Busch Gardens. It's about a 10 minute drive to Busch, and 10-15 minute drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center. 5 stars, highly recommend! Thank you Parkside! "

"My stay wasn’t long at all. I was out in 3 different rooms because they were all dirty. I pointed out all the areas that were visibly dirty and was told it was normal. I did not feel comfortable so I left after 30 minutes of checking in with no refund. "

"This was my first time staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, and it was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly; it was a very private area, super safe, clean, and beautiful. Everything is incredibly convenient; you can simply text a number if you need more towels. Each "room" is basically an entire apartment in which you get to yourself. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free upon arrival. Checkout is also super easy; just drop your keys in the box on the way out the gate. Would recommend a thousand times over!"
