An excellent location! Very clean, comfy bed. Excellent water pressure for showers. 10/10 I'll be back again. The staff are lovely as well. So hopeful and very friendly

Beware of three things- we were there when the temp in Nashville was hovering around 100, the A/C in the room will not cool unless activity is detected in the room. So each day we are out and came back to the room to get ready for dinner, room temp was 78-80 degrees, takes more than a hour to cool back down comfortably. ALSO, the valet is a 3rd party contractor that works for the hotel, when I handed my keys over at the front desk, they should have been honest and told me that. Didn’t find out until I was checking out. And, no bellman, at the price I paid, I expected more services and honesty. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

The hotel charged a 32.00 facility fee per day, not sure what that was about. Valet parking 72.00 per day. The hotel was located in a good spot. Lores of activities

I’ve always wanted to stay at Virgin Hotel. It definitely didn’t meet my expectations. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, rooms didn’t get cleaned daily with new sets of towels. I had to keep calling with no answer couldn’t get any assistance until we saw a housekeeper in the hall. The elevators were hot. It really was just an ok experience not worth the money they charge.

We shared a two-bedroom suite with my sister and brother-in-law. It worked perfectly for our needs. Close walk to Broadway. Marvin was very friendly and very helpful. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the parking; there is no guarantee you will get a parking spot upon returning to the property even after you pay approximately $40 for your parking spot.
