A beautifully decorated countryside cottage on a working farm with modern comforts, direct access to Gisburn Forest trails, and ideally located to explore the Yorkshire Dales, Ribble Valley, and Lake District.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: This property is accessed via a rough track. This property has a natural water supply via borehole..
