We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was immaculate and kitchen had everything we needed. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be coming again!
This cottage is small but efficient with everything needed for a home away from home. We stayed 7 nights with a different walk each day. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet yet central.
Had a lovely stay at the cottage. The cottage is in a perfect location for discovering the Yorkshire Dales. It is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely visit again.
The cottage is absolutely lovely, very clean and well equipped. It is right in the village so you can walk to the shops, pubs and cafes easily. Grassington is a lovely village with beautiful scenery, we only stayed for a few days but it is now on my list to come back and stay again!
Gregory view was perfect! great location, seconds from the center of town with a sweeping view of the dales. cottage was beautiful and clean, would love to return!
We loved our short break at Gregory View. The cottage was spotless and well equipped. We were warm and cosy and loved the layout and decor. The cottage is moments from the centre of the village, but with walks out onto the Dales from the doorstep. Would highly recommend and would happily return.
Gregory View Cottage is situated in an ideal location with wonderful views. The cottage is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Would recommend this to anyone.
This cosey cottage had everything we needed. The dog loved his walks and having his bed by the log burner. The children loved everything about Grassington, the shops, cafes, walks and a lovely meal at The Devonshire.
Perfectly proportioned for a family of four with a dog, the cottage was a great base for us to explore from. .
A wonderfully warm and cosy cottage, right in the centre of the village. A very warm, welcoming and very attentive host with every amenity provided and a lovely garden and patio area to sit out in. . Highly recommended.
We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely little cottage. Our adult daughters were able to join us for a couple of nights at the weekend too. Great location in Grassington, the car didn’t move as we explored the area on foot. Would visit again.
We were very comfortable in the cottage. Everything we could possibly need and we appreciated the lovely artwork. Lovely village with lots of interesting shops, loads of places to eat, good walks from the doorstep. Good bus connections if you don’t want to drive everywhere. Beautiful area with lots of interesting places to visit.
This cottage was perfect. Very quiet and within walking distance to the village and walking paths. Great location. Parking wasn’t an issue though it was down the lane a bit. I highly recommend staying at Gregory’s View!!
This is a lovely, comfortable cottage. We stayed here for 5 nights after a long overseas flight & it was a great base to explore the Yorkshire Dales. We appreciated the thoughtful bottle of wine. The house was well equipped so we could eat in but there were also a number of pubs and cafes nearby to enjoy as well.

Gregory view was spotless 10/10 for cleanliness , it had everything you needed for a very comfortable break . We didn’t need to use the car for the 3 days at the cottage , beautiful walks and local amenities. Would highly recommended.
Myself and my husband stayed here at the end of July. The cottage is well equipped with all the amenities and is very well positioned within the town.
We were very lucky with the weather which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful garden with the best views over the dales.
Grassington itself is a wonderful town with great pubs and if you are looking for a traditional cottage, I would really recommend staying here!
This was our third stay in Grassington although our first at Gregory View and how pleased we were to have found this wonderful cottage! Its position was perfect at the top of the village and close to all amenities. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The large log burner was very welcome on the cold January evenings too. Absolutely loved our weekend away at Gregory View and can’t wait to return.

Very cosy and very well equipped. Host very generously left good supply of fuel and kindling for the excellent fire. Only minor gripe would be the duvets on the single beds were a bit too small and stiff to get properly wrapped around yourself on a winters night.
This is my second stay at Gregory view this year and I will be booking again!
Chris is so accommodating and comminication is superb! The cottage is adorable and fully equipped. Very comfy beds and the views!! Beautiful! The little garden was perfect on the sunny Sunday! Grassington is my favorite place and the locals are super friendly. Beautiful walks and even a swim in the river! We loved it!
Beautiful, clean, well equipped cottage. The main floor has everything you need for relaxing comfortably: dining area, seating area and lovely, functional kitchen. The washing machine tucked away in the entrance area was a much-welcomed bonus! Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds (verified by a friend who stopped by for a few days), and a large bathroom with big tub and good shower. The views from the cottage are outstanding. The cottage is thoughtfully decorated with nice pieces and beautiful artwork. Chris kindly stopped by during my first week to check in and ask if there was anything else I needed. All communication with him was very timely. I knew he could be depended upon if I had an urgent need.
Out the door to the right is Grassington’s Main Street. To the left is a nice hiking trail.
I stayed for two weeks and I was beginning to feel very much at home. I’ve already recommended this spot to friends, and fingers crossed I’ll be back some day.
