Nestled just steps away from the crystal-clear waters, this villa is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking both convenience and tranquility.  
  
The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and airy living room featuring a sofa that easily converts into a double bed. On this floor you will also find the kitchen which is fully equipped, and one bathroom with a shower. Step outside to your private, spacious yard adorned with lush green grass and two separate sitting areas, ideal for morning coffees, sunset dinners, or just lounging under the sun.  
  
Upstairs, the first floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms: one with one double bed and one single bed, and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony with breathtaking sea views, the perfect spot to enjoy the serene landscape. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor for added convenience.
