Beautifully updated, the layout of this home is ideal for two families to come share the ranch together. All 4 bedrooms are on the same floor with 2 being king master suites.
The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed. The 4th bedroom includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

The main living area features an open floor plan with a gorgeous, newly remodeled chef's kitchen and wood burning fireplace in the adjacent living room.

There is a private deck with BBQ for some outdoor living space. The dining area has an additional leaf to make room for seating up to 10.

For entertainment, the living room has a cable TV and complimentary Wifi. Board games and cards are available for some family fun.

You will need a car to get to the ranch

Black Butte Ranch is a gated community so please review the information below and keep it available for access to the ranch facilities and our home.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

As a reminder: Black Butte Ranch charges a 12% resort fee that is included in your payment.

Nestled amongst the trees in a naturally cool location, this Black Butte Ranch home offers a comfortable retreat. While most homes in the area do not have AC, we provide several fans and a ceiling fan to enhance your comfort. You'll find the shade and fresh air keep the home pleasantly cool, even on warmer days.

Wildfire season is a part of life here in Central Oregon, and while we hope for clear skies during your stay, wildfire smoke can sometimes impact the area. To ensure you’re covered, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for smoke-related conditions unless an official emergency is declared.
