Sorry was the only response. No other effort was made to make us feel welcome or appreciated. Customer care standard is dreadful. Pretty much - what you get is what you will have. Sorry, drive to the next town and get yourself mobile internet. Not our problem. The same response was given time and time again, sorry, but it is the house owner who has a stained and broken sofa.
