Wifi. The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet area, in a residence with a large garden and swimming pool, in a strategic position between the spa and the lake. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room, where there is a double sofa bed for any two extra beds. Double box (which leads directly to the garden of the apartment, bordering and connected to the pool garden) and possibility of outdoor parking. The property: The Borgo Rosa residence is located 300 meters from the lake is a small complex with private pool directly in the courtyard in front of the house. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, iron, hairdryer, bicycles, deckchairs. Two bedrooms with double beds and living room with double sofa bed. Both double bedrooms overlook the Lugana vineyards. The apartment has been renovated in spring 2017 and all the furniture is new. Gino hat uns sogar auf Wunsch einen kleinen Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Anlage und der Pool ist sehr sauber.
