The kitchen and bathrooms have been installed appr. 3 years ago and are functional, modern and clean. The kitchen has All necessary comforts like dishwasher, oven and microwave. Looking out of the windows, you will see the green of the garden with its pine trees, fruit trees, and a little grass in front of the house. The trees are full of all type of birds That will sing happy songs there during the day. Going into the garden you can enjoy your holiday in full privacy, Also in the high season. You can read a book in the shade of the pine trees, or create a fantastic barbecue meal. There are plenty of spots to sit down and relax, for example at the 4m long mosaic table, with enough space for everyone to have a late hot summer night supper in good company.

    With wooden umbrellas, sunbeds and showers. Beautiful surroundings, cultures and beaches. Here you can enjoy the last sunbeams of the day with a nice drink or read a book.

    Further onwards in the garden you will find a little multifunctional playing field (no gras), for a game of soccer, volleybal or badminton. There are fruit trees of every sort, from figs to peach. In the season the owner will provide you with fresh eggs from the 3 chickens that live in a corner of the garden.

    The house is 2 km from the high way exit and very easy to reach. The last 50m will be on a sandy road. It is a perfect location to start to exlore Sardinia: it is for example an appr. 40 minute drive to Cagliari, the beautiful capital of Sardinia with its old city center and beautiful monuments. Villasimius with its white sandy beaches, clear water and sea nature reserve. Another option is to go to Costa Rei or Muravera, where there is also a lot to see and to explore.

Super maison au milieu de plages de rêves

La maison et l’immense jardin sont très agréables . La piscine , le terrain de foot, les poules qui donner des œufs , notre fils a adoré , plein d’endroits différents dans ce jardin le rendent très agréable . La maison est grande et la Clim est hyper appréciable ! Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison . Les alentours sont magnifiques, plein de plages à découvrir !

Petit paradis

Maison bien agencée. Équipement complet. Ensemble calme et bucolique. Grand jardin où les enfants passent leur temps avec les chats et les poules. Grande Plage à 5 minutes en voiture. La météo ne nous a pas permis de tester la piscine. Je recommande vivement pour les familles avec enfants. Alice, la propriétaire est adorable, et parle un français parfait.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Unterkunft und wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich von Alice persönlich begrüßt. Das Anwesen ist naturbelassen, ruhig und lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist ideal – die traumhaften Strände von Solanas, Villasimius und auch die Costa Rei sind schnell erreichbar. Alles war bestens organisiert, die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu schönen Stränden genießen möchten.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur en dichtbij mooie stranden.

Een heerlijke sfeervolle en vooral rustige plek om je vakantie door te brengen. De eigenaresse is uiterst vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Het huis en de tuin zijn niet perfect onderhouden maar dit is niet storend en heeft zeker zijn charme. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze vantie woning.

Super fijn plekje voor jezelf

Met het gezin heerlijk genoten van dit paradijsje voor jezelf. Fijn huisje op een groot terrein, waar de kinderen lekker hebben kunnen spelen. Binnen en buiten allemaal top ingericht. Je voelt je er snel helemaal thuis Op 5 minuten rijden van een super leuk strandje, met wat horeca / winkels vlakbij. Meer toeristische dorpje zijn ca 20 min rijden.

Amazing stay

Beautiful property, and so much space. Kids loved the pool and football pitch, and the on site dog is so sweet. Some of the best beaches are within 20mins and you can visit a different beach each day and not return to the same one in a week. Alice was fantastic - communicative, responsive and gave us loads of local advice We loved our stay and would love to return

Loved the space and quiet surroundings whilst being just a short drive from restaurants and beaches. Cagliari is also around half an hour.The house is indeed surrounded by nature and friendly family pets - including cats and chickens. Once you've closed the gate for the evening (to keep out goats!), it's such a relaxing setting. And all green organic waste went to the chickens and they returned the favour with beautiful large, fresh eggs. Thanks especially to Alice for preparing everything, telling about the area, and keeping us right about slightly complicated bin/recycling arrangements ;-).

Lovely retreat away with beautiful scenery and grounds.

We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest.

Great place to be

Great host that is supportive and easy to contact. Beautiful garden with lots of space for relaxing and activity. Ideal for families but also couples that enjoy to be offsite. As house is slightly offsite a car is mandatory. House would need a touch up here and there but still all ok and clean. I can highly recommend the house if you are looking for an offsite location.

Schöne Finca mit grossem Garten

Es ist eine tolle Anlage! Mit Alice als Gastgeberin wahr alles super. Der Pool wahr sauber, die Obstbüsche mit den leckeren Früchte um den Poll sollte man mal ein bisschen zurückschneiden. Die Betten wahren sehr komfortabel! Jeden Tag gab es 3 frische Eier! Dort dürfte aber mal richtig gesäubert werden. Die Strände im Süden sind alle top! Wir kommen wieder!

Wer es nicht so trubelig mag, ist hier genau richtig...

Das Ferienhaus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist schnell und unkompliziert, auf Anfrage gibt sie auch gern gute Tipps. Es liegen viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und trotz super Wetter nie voll waren. Das Meer ist traumhaft klar und man kann sogar Fische beim Schnorcheln entdecken. Für Restaurantbesuche im Oktober sind Reservierungen empfehlenswert, da nicht mehr alle Restaurants geöffnet haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaubsaufenthalt

Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Vermieterin konnten wir (6 Erwachsene) die Vorzüge des in ruhiger Lage befindlichen Ferienhauses genießen. Die große Terasse und der weitläufige Garten gaben jedem die Möglichkeit, seinen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen gab uns der gepflegte Pool die Möglichkeit, uns zu erfrischen. Der Hund und die Katze waren willkommene Urlaubsbegleiter. Die freundliche Vermieterin kam zweimal in der Woche zur Poolreinigung. Kleinere Wünsche erfüllte sie unkompliziert.

tolle Ferien auf Sardinien

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10). Die Kinder waren gleich schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks begeistert. Schönes geräumiges Haus und großer Garten. Die überdachte Terrasse ist super mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch der eigene Pool und der Bereich darum herum hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber genau das wollten wir so. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in ein paar Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Solanas. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt davor und der Strand gar nicht überlaufen, sondern schön ruhig. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Familien-Urlaub im Agust

Das Ferienhaus ist super ruhig gelegen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Hühner auf dem Gelände hatten wir jeden Tag frische Eier. Außerdem konnten wir aus dem Garten frische Feigen, Orangen und Passionsfrüchte ernten. Viel Freude haben uns auch die Katzen und die alte Hunde-Dame gemacht, die in einem abgezäunten Bereich auf dem Grundstück gewohnt hat. Bei Rückfragen war Alice immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Objekt jedem empfehlen, der ein abgelegenes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Grundstück sucht. Es ist allerdings ein Mietwagen notwendig.

Fantastic house with plenty of space and privacy

We had an amazing time in Alice´s house and enjoyed the space, peace and privacy. Everything is as described and we had a lot of fun with the 3 cats, little dog Tobi and the chickens that supplied us with fresh eggs. At the same time, great beaches such as Solanas or Costa Rei are within a short car distance. Cagliari also is easily reachable for a Saturday night out (40 min, 10 Euro for 24h parking right in the city center). Check-in and out went smoothly and Alice is always reachable in case of questions or problems. Thanks Alice for letting us stay a little longer since our flight was only in the evening. We will definitely come back again and can highly recommend this place.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager eine Woche zu Gast bei Alice. Schon bei der Ankunft am Flughafen Cagliari wurden wir per WhatsApp von Alice begrüßt und wir haben die Ankunft am Haus abgestimmt. Am Haus angekommen, hat uns Alice sehr nett begrüßt und mit allem vertraut gemacht. Das Haus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück und ist bestens ausgestattet um dort einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen, perfekt um runter zu kommen. Einige Katzen leben am Haus und unsere Teenies haben viel Zeit mit Füttern, Streicheln und Knuddrln verbracht. Außerdem durften wir frische Granatäpfel und frische Eier von den Hühnern genießen. Wenn wir noch mal nach Sardinien reisen werden, ist dieses Haus definitiv unsere 1. Wahl. Danke Alice, für deine Hilfe bei der Reifenreparatur :-).

Relaxing home in the countryside

We would really recommend this property in the Sardinian countryside. Alice is a first class host - she couldn't have been more helpful! If you want peace and quiet to get away from it all, then this is a great place to relax, with lovely views of the mountains and a large garden with a friendly dog and some chickens. The pool was very clean and the children loved it. It is only 5 minutes in the car to the local beach at Solanas, and there are excellent beaches at the Costa Rei about 30 minutes away by car, and Villasimius is closer, and also has a lovely beach. The colour of the sea is a beautiful turquoise blue! Cagliari is certainly well worth visiting, and it takes about 45-50 minutes by car from here. Don't miss visiting the archaeological site of Su Nuraxi di Barumini - a fascinating UNESCO world heritage site. The house is comfortable and clean, and there is lots of scope for outdoor dining in the summer. A lovely holiday!
