The house was exactly as described, close to and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning walks and runs. The pool was a great and perfect for relaxing or hanging out after the beach. The separate spaces with. TV and living area allowed those who wanted quiet another area to hang out without being in a bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook/warm up meals as needed. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond to any question we had. Check in and out were very easy. The house is lovely and exactly as advertised. It is well stocked and has everything you need. The pool area is very comfortable and relaxing. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. Singer Island is a wonderful spot for a classic Florida vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### Ken J. This property has all the amenities you will need for a trip to Singer Island, FL. (Beach chairs , beach towels, pool and beach necessities) The hosts were very responsive and more than accommodating. We arrived before check in time of 4pm and were able to get in no issue. The place is clean and the beds are very comfortable in all the rooms. We were meeting family that has a property close by in Sugar Sands and we could walk to meet them. We would definitively rent again. This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at. ##### Kelly U. The house and all its amenities is as advertised. There was access to a secluded beach area only about a 6-7 minute walk across the street. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed are were comfortable. We will stay here again! ##### Mark T.
