However, there were several disappointments: 1) the bathtub is located inside the room without sufficient ventilation which easily makes the room very humid. Staffs were friendly and even waited for 12 midnight to delivery a cake for my birthday, deeply appreciated their efforts. However, shower drainage was not good, I believe the pipe was filled with hair and other dirt. When I took a shower, I can only turn to the minimal as the water will not flow down fast enough and end up flooding in the area. It was really bad. We booked the hotel because of the facility but end up didn't get to enjoy it. The coffee machine was not clean as well, black bits and milky water was coming out from the machine when I havent even put in the capsules.
