Designed to combine tranquillity, convenience and fun, this villa provides everything needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve. On the ground floor, the generous living and dining area offers a welcoming and functional environment, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. This floor also features a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped games room with a snooker table, table football and an arcade machine, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and provides direct access to the outdoor area. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two with double beds and private bathrooms, and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony overlooking the outdoor area. One of the bedrooms also offers direct access to the rooftop terrace, where you will find a lovely outdoor seating area and a private jacuzzi (available at an additional cost), perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Outside, the villa features everything you need for sun-filled days, including a heated pool (available at an additional cost), a second jacuzzi next to the pool (available at an additional cost), a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and socialising. Located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 metres from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, Villa Copacabana offers the perfect combination of comfort, entertainment and proximity to the sea. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Séjour de 6 nuits en mars 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Werner G. 21 nov. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Wir haben die Villa mit 7 Gästen im Oktober 2025 gemietet und unser Urteil fällt gemischt aus:Die Lage, die Größe, Pool, Terrasse, Dachterrasse und die Nähe zum Meer sind großartig.Einrichtung und Unterhaltungszustand allerdings lassen einige Wünsch offen: Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir beispielsweise eine defekte Kaffeemaschine vor und eine defekte Kochfeldbeleuchtung vor. Während fehlende Gegenstände (z.B. auch eine Kaffeemaschine) sehr zügig nachgeliefert wurden – vielen Dank an Olivia/ Algarve Vacation! – wurde die Herdbeleuchtung im Laufe der zwei Wochen nicht repariert.Kurios bis ärgerlich war, dass es – völlig zu Recht – in den Badezimmern den Hinweis gibt, Wasser möglichst sparsam zu verwenden.Bevor allerdings warmes Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kommt, müssen ca. 20 l Wasser durchlaufen.Noch ärgerlicher war der Defekt des Whirlpools auf dem Dach: Der Whirlpool war bei unserer Ankunft zunächst nicht eingeschaltet – was aber schnell nachgeholt wurde, sodass wir ihn ab dem folgenden Tag eigentlich hätten nutzen können. Allerdings flog bei jeder Nutzung während der zwei Wochen früher oder später mehrmals die Hauptsicherung für das ganze Haus raus, die wir im Erdgeschoss bzw. im Garten wieder einschalten mussten. Am ersten Abend haben wir die Sicherung 7x wieder eingeschaltet.Mein Vorschlag, deshalb nur die Hälfte der Gebühren zu berechnen (Kosten sind regulär 203 / Woche!), ist bis heute – und und damit 4 Wochen später - immer noch nicht beantwortet. ##### Werner G. We were kept updated regularly and checkin process was great. Lovely welcome gifts too which is nice thought.The area is beautiful and the views from roof lovely if you were all adults but we were too frightened to relax with a 3yr old up there so avoided it, that was our issue, not the villas. The only thing I could say as a negative was the roof terrace was not like the picture advertised as no gazebo over it and the chairs were a little dated and metal which got too hot to sit on. The balconies on the picture showed seating outside the room with the stairs to roof which would have been nice but they wasn’t any. I would not have paid for room hot tub to be heated if I would have known this as never used it once. However we had a fab week, pool and hot tub downstairs was beautiful. It has some great balconies and roof top views. The home is easily walkable to the town, beach and stores--that was our favorite part of the stay. The home was comfortable in size for our family and was pet friendly. Things for improvement, the pool was leaking and unable to heat--it was clear this was occurring prior to our stay but we were not notified. They charged us for a jacuzzi that didn't heat over 97 degrees and had a lot of chemicals in it. Some of the upstairs exterior doors were falling off the henges and we needed to be careful when opening and closing and the white headboards were shedding their material on the bedsheets. Otherwise, the property managers were responsive and gave us lots of options for where to eat and explore. ##### Megan M.
