The third level contains the remaining bedrooms, full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination and washer and dryer. The first bedroom up the stairs has a twin daybed with twin trundle. A designated workspace for those needing to clock in some hours during your stay. A private balcony that overlooks the serene beauty of all the palms on the property and the sun setting at night. The perfect space to unwind or take a quick business call in peace and tranquility. The queen bedroom’s soft, airy, oceanic design is the ideal resting space after a long day in the sun. A mounted TV, fan, large closet and dresser are included in this room. The final bedroom, designed by our “Sweet Rae” herself, is the ultimate bunk room that can sleep six children on the full-full bunk with twin trundle, or adults can comfortably sleep below while two kids call “top bunk!” Tall dresser and closet as well, with extra storage on the side of the bunk as well. How ever you accommodate guests in this room, it’s the ultimate vibrant room with that perfect Florida charm we hope all will enjoy! Those staying with littles, a highchair, two Pack N’ Plays (own crib sheet needed) and sound monitor is included. Please note, the home is not baby proofed. Other amenities: Queen air mattress available. Free Wi-Fi. Basic Xfinity Channels with access to log-in to your own Streaming Apps. Two Kayaks with oars. Lifejackets in assorted sizes not provided. Pedal bikes may have seen better days as past occupants did not take care of them correctly. But, if you would like to take one for a ride, they are there for you to use. The proximity to the village and beaches was so convenient. We used the golf cart everywhere we went. The owner was super helpful and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. The golf cart was super fun. The property owner was very responsive. On the downside, the outdoor grill is not in service. We bought food to grill before knowing this. When we contacted the owner about the grill not working she replied that we were notified in the listing that the grill wasn’t available, however, I reviewed the VRBO listing and the Canva details for the property and both indicate the property is equipped with an outdoor grill. There is no mention of the grill being out of service. Also, the water in the pool and spa were not warm enough. The temperature of the pool/spa is set at 87 degrees but the pool temp was not 87 degrees. I’m used to a spa temp of 100-104 degrees so the spa was not warm enough to be enjoyable. There is a note from the owner above the pool/spa unit that indicates the temp must not be set above 87 degrees and that the owner can see pool settings on their cell phone. I found the note and monitoring of the pool settings to be a bit off putting. Because of the note, I didn’t bother to contact the owner about the water temperature being too cold as the note makes it clear that 87 degrees or below is the appropriate temp, as per the owner. I’d connect with the owner before booking about the status of the grill and the ability to raise the pool/spa temperature if you plan to use these amenities during your stay. ##### Kimberly T.
