Welcome to Siesta Seaclusion. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath turn key condo. A two minute walk to the world famous powdery white sand of Siesta Key Beach. We are located directly across the street from the public beach access. The free trolley stop is directly in front of the building that can take you to the shops and restaurants in the village or to the south end of the key to Captain Curt’s plaza. Enjoy the heated pool, billiards, shuffle board, ping pong and grills provided at the resort.
Upon entering the condo you will find a well outfitted kitchen with all necessary utensils for cooking or grilling. Then step into the spacious living and dining area with dining seating for 6, a sofa with a queen size sleeper, a stress free recliner chair and leather chair with ottoman. Step out onto the screened-in lanai with seating for 4. It’s perfect for taking in the cool ocean breeze. Have a nice breakfast or happy hour while overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool area. We have a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with a DVD player in the living room. Xfinity cable provided with private wifi connection of 600mbs. We also provide 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach towels plus miscellaneous beach toys. Laundry is just down the hall.

The friendly on site staff will ensure every aspect of your stay is so extraordinary you may never want to leave. Your perfect vacation is awaiting you here at this comfortable updated condo to enjoy incredible sunsets, magnificent views and a top rated world renowned beach.

Location, Location, Location!

Property location was wonderful. Right across from the beach and close to all restaurants. The unit itself could use a little updating in the living room, lanai, and bathroom. The bedrooms were great. Pool area was very nice.

The property was a great location to the beach. The condo could have been a little better stock as far as paper products and towels but had plenty of kitchen dishes and pots and pans. Some of the sheets in second bedroom had a few stains on them. Overall the condo was clean . We enjoyed our stay especially the pool! We ran into a little problem dealing with repairs but the owner did handle the problem once we reported it too her.

Convenient and quiet slice of paradise

We enjoyed another trip to Siesta Key, this time in La Siesta. The maintenance of the grounds and units belies its age, and we had all the creature comforts that we needed. Conveniently located across the street from Siesta Beach, this condo offered us a surprisingly secluded environment, with a beautifully landscaped pool area to enjoy. The unit provided a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to purchase any unnecessary beach gear. We can highly recommend this home away from home!

This unit 219 is wonderful! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They provide a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas with sand stakes, sand toys, a volleyball, floats and a small cooler. There also are many items, like swim diapers, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid that have been left from previous guest (we also left items for future guests to use). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans and other cooking items. It is so convenient being just across the street from the beautiful Siesta beach. This is my new home away from home!!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. The Sunday check in process was easy, and management did a great job communicating with me prior to our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach—chairs, a wagon, toys, and so much more. It was a great convenience. The kitchen was aptly stocked with cooking supplies. There were several board games in the living room entertainment center. My son loved that when we had a stormy evening in. The location was great in proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. This was a great property.

Very relaxing.

A week of relaxing for my retirement. Convenient to the beach and easy to ride the trolley to downtown. No negatives. Could use some ceramic coffee cups. I refuse to drink coffee out of a plastic cup. Quick trip to Dollar Tree took care off that. Fully stocked for the beach. Loved the chairs and cart. We will be back.
