King size bed in the master bedroom. Full master bathroom with walk in shower. Two twin size beds in the guest bedroom which can be combined into a king size bed. Full guest bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a pull-out queen size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the sounds of the surf, watch boats pass by, or relax and enjoy the sunset from a nearby beach. This 2 BR/2 Bath condo located on the quiet end of Siesta Key offers a spacious relaxing environment. Whether you choose to watch a show in the living room, enjoy a book and coffee on the large lanai, or soak up the sun by the heated pool, the condo has everything you need to make your vacation memorable. The newly furnished condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay including: a new, fully equipped kitchen, a large screen television with cable and Wi-Fi. A large monitor and printer are available for your convenience, as well. An additional television is located in the master bedroom. There are two sets of glass sliding doors leading to the furnished lanai from both the living room and master bedroom. The condo is within walking distance of Turtle Beach. Take the free shuttle (Siesta Key Beach Trolley) that travels along the key, stopping at the famous Siesta Key Beach and the Siesta Key Village. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the bottom floor with easy access to the pool and dock areas. A lanai that overlooks the water is a comfy spot to read or entertain. Fishing can be done off the dock (when seawall work is completed in 2022), off Turtle Beach or from your own kayak (access on property).
