This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club offers resort-style living in the heart of Siesta Key with private beach access, heated pools, and stunning tropical surroundings.

    Located on the 5th floor of the Tower Building, this privately owned condo combines comfort and convenience with a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

    Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples trip, or extended beach stay, this beachfront retreat provides the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

    KITCHEN AND LIVING SPACE

    The condo features a bright open living space designed for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy a large 70” TV, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere for gathering with family or friends.

    The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dining table for six and a dedicated coffee station stocked to kickstart your mornings right. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishes, and essentials for both short and extended stays.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

    This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, dual vanities, a private toilet room, walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a dresser, TV, and a large walk-in closet. A full bathroom with vanity, sink, and tub/shower combination is located just outside the second bedroom. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are provided for guest convenience.

    AMMENETIES

    Guests will find a dedicated beach closet near the entry stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easy to enjoy long days on Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes six plush beach and pool towels for guest use.

We loved this condo! This is our fourth year staying at SSRC our first time staying in this condo and we really liked it. It was very cozy and clean. The beds were comfy. The water pressure was perfect plenty of hooks to hang stuff up and extra towels and blankets. All the comforters of Home. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved that they were sand chairs and a cooler that we could use as well. Look forward to being back next year!

We had absolutely amazing experience staying a week in Siesta Key. The condo was very inviting, clean and well appointed. Beach supplies and beach towels were provided by owners. Can't beat the location, just steps away from the private beach and amazing pools. And the ocean view from the little reading nook was stunning , we enjoyed reading books ( provided by owners) and gazing at the ocean. Laundry was right across the hallway, ample parking space. Highly recommend this property . We can't wait to come back .Thank you Lisa.

This rental was very nice, good location right across from elevators and washer/dryer room. The host was very accessible and helpful. The only thing I wish these condos had was a balcony so you can enjoy the wonderful Siesta Key weather from your room in the mornings and evenings. However, this condo had everything else you needed from beach accessories to bath towels to kitchen utensils. I would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a fabulous time. So excited that all the amenities such as the soaps, kleenex, towels, beach towells, was all there and ready. When traveling on an airplane, you just cannnot take the wagon, cooler, etc. Thanks so much Our beds were so comfortable. clean house and easy beach access. Great living room space for dancing etc.

Fantastic stay! We arrived and the check in process was seamless, location is the best. There were fresh cut flowers on the table when we arrived. My wife loved the condo, and talked about the flowers the entire stay. It was a perfect Labor Day weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! Host was awesome and made us feel extremely welcomed. Private beach was beautiful and we were grateful how quick it was to get to the beach because we had to dodge thunder showers during our stay! The resort was a little further from the downtown area than what we expected, but there was a great place to rent beach bikes for the week that was super affordable just down the street from the resort. Highly recommend this rental unit!

Perfect location! Short walk to the beach. The condo was nice. Well stocked with everything you need. The only thing I wish this had was an open balcony to sit in the morning for coffee and that view! Will definitely come again!
