Located just across from shops and restaurants and steps from Siesta Key’s beautiful white-sand beach, this beautifully renovated Gulf-view condo puts you right in the middle of everything you came to Siesta Key to enjoy.
The condo features high-speed Wi-Fi, updated appliances, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and granite and tile finishes in both bathrooms. New tile flooring throughout gives the space a clean, comfortable feel.

This was my second time at the property and this experience was completely different on the negtive side.This unit is not updated.The quality and quantity of the linen, the pillows and the kitchen was very cheap and uncoordinated. Not even extra pillow cases.And the ocean view was obstructed!

Have stayed here several years. The red tide was the biggest problem. While the throat tickle and coughing may not have possible to fix, the beach cleanup should have been a priority. Dead fish strewn about was disgusting to see and walk past while trying to enjoy a beach walk. May have cut down on the respiratory irritation if at all possible. BIG RENTAL PRICE INCREASE!

We’ve been coming to House of the Sun for years and we never get tired of it. This is our first time staying in this particular unit and it was great. It is very well kept and it is beautifully decorated. The view to the beach is great. Looking forward to coming back again.
