    Bienvenue au condo 310. Vue sur la plage, 3ème étage, unité de bain 2 chambres 2 récemment mise à jour a un balcon enveloppant qui va de la chambre principale au salon avec 2 immenses portes coulissantes en verre. Le set de dinette peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et tous les appareils blancs. Nouveau mobilier de salon. Carreau de céramique à travers l'unité. Les deux salles de bains sont améliorées avec des comptoirs en granit et des barres d'appui dans les zones de douche / baignoire. La chambre principale a un roi et la chambre a deux lits doubles avec une nouvelle literie. Dans le salon assez de sièges pour tous avec de nouveaux meubles et décoration et une télévision à écran plat. Les deux chambres ont également une télévision à écran plat. WiFi gratuit dans l'unité.

    Le Sea Shell Condominium est un complexe fermé avec 49 unités. Pour votre commodité, ce condo est actuellement géré par notre personnel amical sur place. Si vous voyagez avec une GRANDE FÊTE, nous pouvons vous aider à louer DE MULTIPLES CONDOS tous dans le même bâtiment et généralement très proches les uns des autres. Les séjours de 3 nuits minimum sont disponibles sur certaines unités uniquement. Notre bureau de location est sur place pour faciliter l'enregistrement et le départ, et pour vous aider avec des informations sur les visiteurs et d'autres besoins. L'enregistrement après les heures d'ouverture est disponible pour ceux qui ont des plans de voyage tardifs, les clés et toutes les informations d'arrivée seront dans votre paquet personnalisé.

    Des barbecues, des salons de plage, des serviettes de plage, des ascenseurs, une laverie, une piscine chauffée, un parking couvert attribué (un par unité), des chaînes HBO et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite sont quelques-unes des commodités offertes par Sea Shell.


    Le condo est situé directement sur Siesta Key / Crescent Beach, classé la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis. Nous sommes juste à gauche du pont de Stickney Point, à proximité des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. Le sable de Crescent Beach a été classé «Le meilleur sable du monde, le plus blanc» au Great International Sand Challenge en 1987, battant plus de 30 participants.

Perfect location for Girls Getaway!

Condo was clean, rooms were well appointed, expendable supplies were just as stated. Pool was nice but the beach was incredible! Lounge chairs were plentiful and comfy. We will definitely book again for next year.

Bad start to a great girl's trip!

Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at Seashell the past couple summers and loved our stays, but this is the first unit we've stayed in that was a disappointment. First off, it is in need of a good cleaning. You're greeted in the kitchen with a filthy refrigerator and spotted up lampshade in the connected dining room, followed up by seeing all the treats and dust bunnies peaking out from under the couch. Registers were covered in dust and dirt, and the bathroom connected to the two beds appeared to have mold on the baseboards nearest the bathtub. This bathroom just needed a major update. The vertical blinds on both sliders in the living room also needed replaced as they were missing slats. Overall, unit 310 needs some work!

Beautiful Beach and comfortable condo

We loved the beach. The condo was accessible to restaurants and shops. However, the condo faces the street, so we had to listen to the music and patrons from Captain Curt's every night (it does stop at 10). Also, the traffic was pretty bad since it was February break when we were there.

Perfect beach Getaway

From the initial contact to the final goodbye everything was wonderful. The beach was amazing and so. Lose with a private beach and there was so much to do in the area. Only drawback was the pool closing at dusk. I would recommend this property to anyone either wanting a quiet beach getaway or looking for good music and the bar scene as there are several across the street.

Perfect location

The location was perfect! I loved that we were able to use the lounge chairs for free each day. It was a quick walk right onto the beach and it was the prettiest Fl beach we have been to. I had mentioned that a blender would be nice to have in our condo and one was left on our counter that very day!! We also loved that we could walk across the road to a restaurant and ice cream shop.

So everything was great accept for the broken kitchen faucet that had to be fixed. We couldn’t use the kitchen sink for one night and it could be a little cleaner but it’s fine.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great trip. Room was clean & just like it was advertised. Our code for the front door did not work upon arrival on Sun. so we had to call an answering service but they were able to recode it over the phone in an hour. Music plays at the restaurant across the street but ends at 10 pm. Pool was clean & warm & was directly below us but was quiet the week we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice spot for a family getaway

The property is right on the beach and across the street from restaurants, shops, and marina. It is also just off the bridge from Sarasota, making it easy to get on and off the island to explore other areas. There is a free trolley that runs frequently that picks up in front of the building to go to the village or Turtle beach and anything in between. Unit was clean and well stocked with a good floor plan. It is on the side of the building facing the road, but you can get a peek at the ocean from the balcony. The pool is small and on the road side of the building. Front office staff was responsive and helpful.

There is a restaurant, small market, coffee shop, ice cream shop and a clothing store right across the street. Also there is umbrella rentals right on the beach. The unit (310) was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Laundry facilities were right on the same floor. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable beds (except one in the double bed room) Provided lots of towels for showers and the beach.Bonus, they have 2 hairdryers, Keurig coffee machine, ice maker and pull out couch. We wanted a gulf view but they were not available so we took unit 310. So glad we did. It overlooks the nice warm pool and the music, restaurant district. Never a dull moment sitting on the very large balcony. The beautiful beach is your backyard with soft white sand. We ordered 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for 3 weeks for less than $300 and they set them up everyday for us. Now that’s a vacation. Very walkable area. Highly recommend Owen’s Fish Camp and Walt’s restaurant (both a short drive) Across the street at Captain Curt’s it has the best clam chowder around. Don’t forget to go to karaoke night right across the street.

Family and Friends getaway

We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Sea Shell Condos - the property was comfortable and the location was great! A bit south of the main section of Siesta Key so traffic was not a major issue but we could walk to the Sand Castle Competition which was fun. We will be back. Also nice the property provided sun chairs to use.

Girls Trip

We loved the condo and the location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store. It was our first time to Siesta Key but we plan to make it a yearly trip!
