Bedroom Details This ocean view property is three stories, living space on the second and third floor, and it boasts an in-house elevator to all floors. There is one large king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper in the living room, a trundle under one of the queen beds and two Tempur-pedic rollaway beds. You can sleep up to 11 family style. Need more space? We can get you a tempur-pedic rollaway bed or an additional unit nearby. Property Truths The pool at this location is shared with just three other units. Your unit is unit A, the pool is located behind units C and D, and this is only 20 steps from your building. While shared pools are "the norm" in Siesta Key, especially this close to the beach, people used to less popular beach destinations could be caught by surprise. Our properties in Vermont and New Jersey commonly have private pools, but don't go there if you can go to Siesta Key. Beach Gear Provided We provide beach towels, chairs, carts, and umbrellas. If you don t have what you need, just reach out and we can usually get it for you. Correction for Air-b-n-b listings this location doesn t provide snorkeling gear but this and anything you need can be rented or purchased nearby. Household Items Provided We provide bedding, kitchen items, most major and minor appliances, blow dryers, and hangers. Simple soaps and paper products come in starter-supply that will get you through a short stay and anything you need can be purchased nearby. What to Bring It s a laid-back island so pack as lite as you like. Our fashion is casual, wash and wear, and all units have laundries. We were aware there were three hurricanes before our arrival. So with that being said, we were still happy with the beach., restaurants, shops. We walked everywhere. It was unfortunate. We weren’t able to use the pool for it was just too cold for the babies and us, but we enjoyed the beach. They provided bikes for us and went out of their way to get them as well as Beach supplies, a wagon to pool, chairs, towels, etc. and made it so much more enjoyable.! They also supplied toys for the kids, but my daughters went ahead and ordered extra ones from a baby supply rental place in town including cribs and high chairs. We had a great time in Siesta Key, and this unit was exactly as advertised, if not better! Very clean, had everything we needed, and Dan was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries leading up to the trip. We had 3 young kids with us so being one block from the beach was perfect. This unit had two beach wagons, boogie boards, toys for the kids, etc. We left behind a bunch of toys and a puddle jumper (swimmies) to add to the collection. The pool is small and shared among a few units, so don’t count on having it to yourself. It’s really all about the beach! I would suggest bringing shoes that are comfortable for walking to dinner. It’s a really nice 15ish minute walk, so don’t bother with heels! Very very low key vibe in town. We were there during spring break so it was crowded, but that’s to be expected. None of the places take reservations so if you go during a peak time, either plan to go to dinner right at 5, or be prepared to wait. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying in this unit if the size/configuration works for your group! ##### Holly O. From the start, this place made our vacation. Checkin was seamless with no issues, place was spotless and as advertised. Everything was well organized at the house so we found everything easily without having to contact Dan. Dan was great to work with and sent a google doc with tons of helpful information. The house had toys for the kids which kept them busy and we enjoyed the fire in evenings. Beach and park for the kids right across the street so prefect location for the kids. Additionally, Manager Dan called my cell phone 3 times and when I finally answered (assuming it was an emergency at work) while on a dolphin cruise, Dan had the gall to ask my permission to let an insurance adjuster in the home. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Carla M., Where do you live? 7 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Daughter’s 15th Birthday Instead of a party, my daughter asked for a beach vacation with her friends and I thought about Siesta Key. Booking was easy as well as getting into the property. I live in the Fort Lauderdale area and drive so I brought some possibly needed household items that I didn’t need. EVERYTHING was there waiting for us, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and the list goes on. Something I did bring that I used was laundry detergent, although there was some there. I figured I’d leave that for others to use that might fly in. There was a golf cart in the garage that I thought we had access to, because other reviews mentioned using it. It does not come with the rental but I was provided with information to rent one at a reduced rate. We actually did not need it. The beach is a quick and easy walk as is the Village. It was quite hot while we were there so we often used the trolley or taxi golf carts. There were six of us in total and the space was well accommodating and we could have had a few more with us. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!!! ##### Carla M.
