Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, this side of our duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

The villa is one half of a duplex, and highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Super nice duplex! Great location!

We arrived early and the owner was very communicative about when we could get in the space. He sent us a code beforehand, so we were able to go straight in, drop our bags, eat lunch across the street, and head to the beach. Everything is as shown. Super clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of beach gear, etc. We would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful! Villa has absolutely everything you could possibly think of, even games for a rainy day. Large kitchen fully stocked, comfortable king bed, all beach gear and private backyard patio. Hidden Gem

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It’s beautifully remodeled and has everything a small group could ask for. When we arrived, it was spotless and well-stocked with pots, pans, TP, paper towels, you name it. The beds were super comfortable and we both slept like the dead, even though this place is located on a busy road. The road noise didn’t bother us one bit. The duplex is conveniently located on Midnight Pass road and across the street from a free trolley stop, so getting into the Village is a breeze, literally. There are some great bars and restaurants right across the street and next to a 7-11. The owners provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys and coolers for you, in addition to beach towels. Also, there is free laundry too, if you need to do some while you’re here. We’re already planning a return visit.

Beautiful condo with perfect location to both the beach and restaurants and trolley. Will definitely stay here again!! 7-11 right across the street, and Captain Curt’s so close!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible vacation location that truly exceeded my expectations. The place was simply amazing, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.Location:One of the standout features was its great location. It was incredibly easy to walk to the beach, making those early morning or sunset visits a breeze. The proximity to the beach was complemented by the ease of access to various dining and shopping venues. Whether you wanted a quick bite or a leisurely shopping trip, everything was within walking distance.Accommodations:The accommodations were top-notch. The kids absolutely loved the pool access, which provided endless hours of fun and relaxation. Great Place!

Our family had to split up spring break vacations due to college schedules so I got the unique opportunity to take our two young adult kids to the beach for several days. The location of the duplex is great! It was fun and convenient to be able to walk to all the places in the south village and walk to the gorgeous beach! We had hoped to snorkel at point of rocks which is so close to the beach entrance but the weather didn’t cooperate and was too windy, but if possible this location is perfect to explore that area without needing to try to find parking. We drove south a short distance to rent kayaks for 3 hours to do a self guided tour. This was a great economical adventure. We also did the Sarasota night kayaking with Sharkey’s and while beautiful to be out at night and see Sarasota lit up, the adventure itself was a bit lackluster and very little sea life was visible. The beach by the duplex is gorgeous and the wagon, cooler and beach chairs that are included provide for a comfortable day at the beach. The house was clean and new and was just right for 3-4 people. The house is right on the main strip which can be crowded but people were kind to let you out into traffic during back ups. I used the provided noisemakers to sleep at night and noticed no street noise. It was fun to eat at Lenny’z after our late night kayak trip and simply walk across the road to be home. The Big Water Fish Market was also delicious. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others.

Amazing unit, amazing location

We had a long weekend getaway at this unit. It was just as pretty as the pictures! It had everything we needed and the King bed was very comfortable. We loved the location! We walked to the beach and to dinner every night. It was the perfect spot for a restful and fun weekend! We definitely would stay here again!

We really appreciated having two outdoor sitting areas. There was the back patio with very comfortable cushions and an umbrella, and when it rained, we enjoyed the chairs in the front as well. The beach equipment was the best!!! We were so grateful for new chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Access to the perfect beach and pool could not have been easier. Everything was so very convenient...no car necessary...and we love the trolley and the stop...just a few steps from our door.

Fun little beach apartment!

Pros: close distance to beach Comes with wagon, chairs, beach toys, umbrella Close to coffee shop / restaurants / ice cream Parking on site. A/C works well Host was communicative as we needed early check in and he was accommodating! Had everything we needed for 2 people, and then some. Cons: Parking for 1 midsize SUV was all there’s room for (Could fit 2 very small cars but it’s tight) The road directly in front of house is incredibly busy with both cars and pedestrians.. difficult to back out on/ off. You are near a club/ bar - noisy at night Thanks for an amazing time!

Comfort & Joy!

From the ease of check-in to the thoroughness of every provision, this home was filled with comfort and joy! My wife and I had not been to Siesta Key during the Christmas holidays before, and found our eight days there totally awesome. Every amenity one could imagine - it was there! Communication with owners was excellent ! We hop to return and stay at this perfect oasis on the Key!
