Located within a beachside vacation rental community, this unit offers direct beach access to a semi-private portion of Siesta Key Beach just a few short steps away. The community also offers free access to a heated swimming pool and outdoor patio seating Among the gardens directly in front of this building. The unit comes with 1 designated parking spot directly in front of the unit and a few open guest parking spaces. Arrive directly at this unit and start your vacation with no check-in or keys to pickup. srepping into the unit you enter into the living room furnished with sofa, two reclining chairs, and a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating for 6 overlooking the front gardens via large panel windows. Adjacent to the dining area you will find the small but clean and functional kitchen equipped with 4-piece appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. The kitchen is stocked for light to medium cooking needs, perfect for staying out of the busy restaurants a meal or two. Towards the rear of the unit you will come across two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and the other with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space and twin bedroom is equipped with flatscreen TV. The two bedrooms share a central bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Utilize any of the free ride (tips only) services or free island shuttle to visit many of the other parts of the island including Siesta Key Public Beach offering picnic pavilions, tennis courts, and playground. Many of the islands festivals are held here and is only 1/2 mile away. Siesta Key Village offers many dining, shopping, and entertainment venues day and night. Perfect location and just steps from the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with all the essentials. We didn't rent a car and was pleasantly surprised of all of the free/tip only public transportation options such as the Breeze Trolley, The Frog Hopper, & The Gator Ride.
