A beautiful remodeled kitchen awaits you with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and recessed lighting. It is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker. The formal dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room. The living area has plenty of seating, a 60-inch TV, a ceiling fan and access to the lanai. The lanai has wrap around views of Siesta Key, an additional dining area, ceiling fans, a reading area and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 40" TV and access to the lanai. The master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, a granite countertop, recessed lighting, and a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, a 21" TV, and a lovely window seating area.
