Il Boschetto is a charming vacation home that is perfect for 4 adults and 1 child. This 4-room house has a warm and comfortable country house style, featuring rustic and antique furnishings. The house measures 145 square meters and is spread over 2 levels.

The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, and a fireplace. Pets are allowed, with a maximum capacity of 5 guests. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Heat is available, and the house also has a wood-burning stove for additional warmth.  
  
Other Information  
  
On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with a sofabed, a radio, and a wood-burning stove, as well as an exit to the garden. There is also a dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and an exit to the garden. The small, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a room with 2 beds (80 cm) and 2 showers/bidet/WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find a room with 1 french bed (160 cm) and a hand-basin. The house has gas heating, and facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot are available for use. Il Boschetto has a large garden with a terrace, offering a beautiful view of the garden, the countryside, and the forest. You can use the terrace furniture and the portable barbecue provided. There is also a box-room for storage purposes. Please note that Il Boschetto is a non-smoking vacation home, and only 1 small pet/dog is allowed. Internet (WiFi) is available and free of charge.
