Recently remodeled the property has new flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, kitchen supplies and so much more!! The exterior has also been painted and recently re landscaped. We just put down some grass seed so please forgive our progress. I planned to spent little time in the property beyond sleeping. This property met my needs and was as advertised (acceptable housing with a low-end cost). Walking distance to restaurants and Wi-Fi provided. I was worried about potential theft/damage to my vehicle as it was parked openly overnight, but it was fine. Property was clean and neat. For the price, I accept a few minor imperfections. I was surprised that the host fee was more than the cost of 1 night stay (the advertised price), so the initial advertised price was only 40% of what I actually paid: 1 night, host fee, service fee, and taxes. Still, the final price to access a house with individual bedrooms, a living room, and porch was acceptable and I am satisfied with my choice of this property. ##### Richard K. The property owner has provided everything from firewood for purchase to complimentary coffee service and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of additional linens and blankets. The bathroom linens were plush and abundant. The property was nicely decorated and very clean. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property and I will also check their availability the next time I plan to visit the Shenango Valley! ##### Christopher V.
