Highly recommended. ##### Rhys Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Aug 11, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness #### ネット接続が出来ません。 予約時に「ボトルウオーター（無料）」と書かれていたのですが、フロントで確認したところ、「そんなサービスはやっていないし、やったこともない」とのことでした。hotels.com専用アプリから予約確認画面をフロントの方に見せて確認してもらったところ、「予約係に伝えておく。情報ありがとうございました」とのことで謝罪もありませんでした。 北館の和室に宿泊しましたが、部屋にはかび臭いような異臭があり、ちょっと気になりました。慣れれば気にならなくなります。 ロビーにパソコンが１台あるものの、部屋には有線のインバーネット接続もWifiもありません。 このエリアにしては安価なホテルと思いますので、値段の点からはおすすめです。 このあたりにしては安価なホテルと思います。 ##### Verified traveller Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Yoshiko Jul 23, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### 知床観光に便利なホテル 夕食のバイキングは改善の余地があると思いましたが、朝食のいくら食べ放題は感動しました。お部屋は広く、お風呂も良かった。 ##### Yoshiko Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### WEIMENG Jul 22, 2016 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 条件非常恶劣的酒店！ 设施老旧，各种故障。大堂弥漫着烟味，房间警报系统经常出故障，在我住的6天之内，莫名其妙的紧急广播了三次，两次在早上9点，一次在晚上11点，声音大的吓人，而且只有日语，根本听不懂，下楼问前台，说是某楼有错误的火警，广播是解释的......真是崩溃！早餐8点半就结束，搞得人很紧张，根本无法好好放松休息。温泉早上9点结束，也是要抢着去泡。卫生间很陈旧，不干净，热水龙头坏的，会突然大量涌出很烫的热水，很危险。但酒店方面居然只是很坦然的贴个小心热水的牌子！真是太不负责任了！我来过7次日本，其中3次北海道，这家酒店是我住过的最差的酒店！ ##### WEIMENG Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Jul 19, 2016 Liked: Staff & service #### decent hotel in Utoro decent hotel in Utoro but the location of the hotel is uphill and away from the city center.
