The property is ideally positioned with direct access to the coastal path through the rear garden, and is within walking distance to the beach, town centre, the Old Village, Shanklin Chine, theatre, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation has been comfortably furnished to include a large open plan living/dining room with French doors leading to the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and extra lounge seating. Two of the 4 double bedrooms are on the ground floor and all have en-suite bathrooms. From the master bedroom there is a lovely balcony with seating so you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying the spectacular views of the bay. The large enclosed garden is ideal for al fresco dining and you will find ample parking to the side of the property. THE ISLAND HOLIDAY COMPANY ARE ABLE TO OFFER DISCOUNTED FERRY TRAVEL TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY THROUGH US. LOCATION: Shanklin seafront is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with its beautiful sandy beach, crazy golf, Shanklin Chine, pubs, restaurants, theme park & amusements. The two mile coastal walk between Shanklin & Sandown is a popular attraction; choose from the undulating coastal path or the sea wall promenade. Along the way is the village of Lake, with its quiet sandy beach and water sports centre. Sandown is popular for visiting Dinosaur Isle with life size models, Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Zoo famous for its Tiger Sanctuary. There is also an 18 hole golf course at Sandown.
