The receiption could not find my booking to start with, and then they asked me about the type of passport I am holding, which is rather strange. At last they refused to give me a non-smoking room, even though I booked online non-smoking. Rooms are not isolate well, so I could hear people speaking loud in the corridor. 糟糕透顶的酒店，找不到我的订单不说，询问我的护照和签证类型也就罢了，死活说没有无烟房了！我明明从网上订的是无烟房。服务实在有待改进。 ##### Hong J. The hotel does not accept bookings from hotels.com and we spent two hours trying to prove that we had paid for a room. We were unsuccessful and had to pay again.
