The personnel in the breakfast area very nice, but in front desk it was a pity no one but the manager speaks english or spanish. Even though the hotel appeared to be only about 10% occupied, our room was along the back alley next to a service entrance. THere were cats fighting all night, and delivery trucks grinding in and out of the alley at odd hours. The emergency exit to the alley was propped open all night, and in the morning we found business cards from several prostitutes had been slid under our door.
