Grand Hyatt is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed! Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet was delicious and location best in Shanghai. Staff very pleasant!!!!!!

We upgraded to a suite at the hotel, and it was totally worth it. The view from the room was impressive. A 180 degree of the city and the river from 58th floor was breath taking. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel could offer better food options at the club level. However, the drink options were okay. There were near by dining options as the hotel was close to several malls.

Room was spacious and the view was great. Cleanliness could have been a little better as we found d an old band aid in the tub. Amenities could have been more substantial given the price. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was nice and provided everything we needed including a loan of a curling iron and an early breakfast when we had to check out before breakfast time.

Great location in one of the tallest towers in the Shanghai Finance district and only a short walk to the nearest station (and one stop on the train to The Bund). Very impressive interior and an excellent breakfast. The only negative would be the price of some of the drinks in the various bars including a pot of tea for 468RMB.

You wont be disappointed staying here. The view is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and very well organized with a good size bath and shower. Couple of english speaking channels on TV including CNN. Rooms are serviced in a timely manner each day and staff very friendly. Buffet breakfasr caters for western and Asian style foods and is very extensive. Suggest going to Cloud 9 (bar and restaurant) it's a bit hidden but well worth the exploration to find it upwards if level 80!

Perfect hotel, can’t imagine anywhere better

This hotel is perfect and as someone who’s extremely picky that’s saying something. The rooms are immaculate. Views are unlike anywhere else. Service is impeccable. Food is wonderful. Location is convenient and feels incredibly safe. This hotel made my stay in Shanghai 10 times better.
