Located in the heart of the historic centre at Rioja street, just a few steps away from the most popular shopping streets (Velázquez, Sierpes and Tetuán), and 500 metres from the Cathedral. The bright living room has 2 sofas, a central table and TV. Two windows allow plenty of light in. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table and chairs. Galley kitchen in the entrance area well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. The master bedroom has a double bed (1,35x1,90m), a large wardrobe and two windows facing the pedestrian Rioja street. En-suite bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom is just by the apartment entrance door and features two single beds (0,90x1,90m) placed together. Window to a quiet interior courtyard. There is a second bathroom available, with shower. Other features: marble flooring, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living-room, and free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator. LATE CHECK-IN Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival) OUR RECOMMENDATION The apartment offers an unusual amount of privacy for the two bedrooms: The bedroom which has the bathroom en-suite, has a second, **independent entrance** from the staircase of the building (see floorplan). Our first issue was with the shower mats. The shower floors were slippery, so we requested mats. At first, they misunderstood and brought us two towels for the floor outside the shower. Once we clarified what we meant, we were told they’d get back to us promptly — but they never did.There were also several other issues that showed a lack of attention to guest comfort. There was nowhere to place our toiletries in the shower, no shelf or safety rail, and the provided shampoo and body wash were half-used bottles. In the bedrooms, there was no place for our suitcases, so we had to keep them on the floor. The sofa was ripped, there were no new toilet paper rolls, and the hand soap in the bathroom was half-used and old flowers where left on the table, all of which made the place feel poorly prepared for new guests.The kitchen added to our frustration. There were no instructions for using the stove top or microwave. When we texted the host, they sent someone over who also didn’t know how to use them and figured it out by trial and error. We later found the instructions on top of the refrigerator — completely out of sight. On top of that, the kitchen was stocked with a dirty sponge, no kitchen towel, and a half-used roll of paper towels ##### Norma N. We really enjoyed our stay in Seville and having this comfortable apartment in a perfect location was a big help. Easy walk to everywhere. Apartment was as described and had everything we needed. Only negative I can think of was that the master bedroom had this weird single pillow to be shared by both sleepers. We made do but it would have been more comfortable to have 2 pillows rather than 1 big one. I always travel with a pillowcase and there were plenty of throw pillows so we used one of them, but it was a bit weird. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect and the location was fantastic. Conveniently located in the chic and historic Santa Cruz neighborhood, everything you need is within easy walking distance (there is no need for a car). The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator and the building is extremely safe and well appointed. The host met us on time and gave us many suggestions for food, drink, nightlife and shopping. The large french doors open up to a small balcony overlooking the street and keep the apartment very quiet when closed. The kitchen is small but with all the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, there is very little reason to cook. We would stay here without hesitation should we return. We found two grocery stores very close by, so we could eat in if we wanted. The apartment is spacious with beautiful big windows, looking out to the street, and also into an interior courtyard. All the shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores within 1-5 minutes walking distance. All the popular tourist attractions like Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar (which are right next to each other) were within 5 minutes walk. Plaza de Espana was about 12-15 minutes walk. I recommend renting bikes to explore the city. The host and his partner were very responsive and super helpful. Seville is a beautiful city with some of the best restaurants, walking and biking spaces. The local people of Seville are very warm and welcoming to the foreign tourists. While the street on which this apartment is located can be noisy in the weekend nights , it is nevertheless an excellent location. If we get a chance to visit Seville again, I would rent this apartment again. ##### Sam T. We even made time for a Day-Trip to Córdoba. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and had most amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is also nicely decorated. Be aware that the property is located in a pedestrian only street and you may have to walk some distance from the main road to obtain transportation. We were warned in advance by the host that the city would be mostly close on the day of our departure due to The Marathon. We walked from the apartment to the train station in less than 30 minutes.
