Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, filled with natural light and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. A convenient bathroom is located next to the kitchen. The apartment features three bedrooms. On the upper floor, the first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking vibrant Jesús del Gran Poder Street. The second bedroom includes two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor is the third bedroom, also with two single beds and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs. The dining and living area is designed for comfort and socializing, featuring a table for six, a cozy sofa, three armchairs, and a side table.
