We even saw a few bears right outside our back door! It is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg at all. The parking was a little steep but that is the only complaint! Such a peaceful area. Our kids loved the mini pool. My husband and I really appreciated the placement of the pool as we were able to use the hot tub and play pool and still have visibility of the pool and keep an eye on the girls. Communication wasn't the best, getting the code at 4pm wasnt what I've been used to as I've always gotten it the day before any trip. After the stay, none of that really mattered! When you walk in you could smell how clean everything was, this cabin had the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a vacation home. We saw bears the first 15 minutes we were there! The pool and game room was very entertaining. However, there is no cell phone access and when the Internet went out for a day, we couldn’t use the tv, computer or phones.
