Cabin has 2 King Size beds(One King Bed in the bedroom downstairs and One King Bed in the open Loft) and a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, WiFi Cabin sets on a private mountain with a security gate. Cabin is in a nice wooded area close to town. Cabin is on a mountain so road is a little steep and 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter time. Please review pet policy under the house rules Gas Fireplace Operating Oct 16-March 31 This cabin is in a Great Location just a few miles from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Cabin is only 4.8 miles to the Leconte Convention Center, The Ripken Experience, and the Island with Restaurants and shops! Let us know about bringing dogs in the message. If not agreed to pet policy host can cancel the reservation. Not following pet policy during your stay will result canceling your reservation with no refund. Please let us know how many cars are you bringing . Absolutely no smoking inside of any kind!! $300 smoking fee if you smoked in the cabin. Check in 4pm Check out 10 am Late check out fee $125 per hour Hot Tubs are cleaned before each arrival, depending on when last reservation left, and when the hot tub was drained and cleaned hot tub may not be hot till later at night on check in day because it has to heat back up after cleaning and refilling. Cleanliness left a little to be desired. 1) Live roach found in main floor bath tub: Woods, acknowledged. 2) Non-functioning refrigerator sitting on deck. 3) Broken rim off clear drinking glass in hot tub found after wife cut herself. 4) Crusty frying pan with loose handle. 5) Air filter nasty (Beware allergy/asthma sufferers). 6) Upper picture windows scuzzy. 7) Trash seen on cabin slope left by previous occupants (cups, bottles, paper, plastic, etc.). Renter tips: Bring your grill or grill liners. Grill liners sold out up here. The paved road leading up the mountain is a little sketchy the first time up. But, all in all gets easier the more times that you do it. The hot tub was amazing to come home to after a long day out. Communication from the home owner definitely needs improvement that's my only complaint. Will is a great host and went out of his way to fix any problem that we had. I will preface this review with the fact that it was our first time in a cabin. The top bedroom is open and offers very little privacy from the living room area downstairs. The kitchen did not have salt/pepper or clean pots/pans-- we ended up having to purchase our own. There were also no tools to use the bbq that required coal. The fireplace was not usable to make s'mores. There were no instructions to use the TV. Most importantly, there were more than a dozen yellow jackets inside the cabin. With our small infant it was far from ideal. That being said, it was a nice cabin and the owner was extremely helpful. We had a great time. ##### Jocelyne Z. The cabin was clean, neat, not cluttered and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The cabin was just minutes from the main road to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but yet you felt the coziness of woods and seclusion while at the cabin. The cabin offered no view, but it was quiet and peaceful. The only thing that did scare me was the narrow road to the cabin once you entered the gated area and the fear of meeting someone on the road and not having enough space to pass. I’m sure this is normal for the mountain region and we were not accustomed to that kind of road. However, we had no issues. Overall our stay was wonderful!! ##### Leslie K. The cabin was clean and in a peaceful mountain setting yet minutes to all the attractions. William was very responsive to questions we had before and during our trip. We didnt have any issues with the owner or the cabin, everything worked! Hands down one of the best family vacations we have been on.
