Therefore, you’ll find our cabin fully stocked with items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products and so much more. • You’ll find many little touches for an eco-friendly stay including recycling and many all-natural products. • You help us make a difference in the local community, as with each stay, we donate to support kids entering the local foster care system. • You’ll have access to the entire cabin except for the storage closet and garage. • The road leading to the cabin is curvy and steep but is only shared with the few other cabins in the community. Due to the steep grade and windy road, AWD is required in winter months and recommended throughout the year. • Check-in is a breeze with digital locks while your custom door code provides safety. • Per our house rules, you will be required to sign a renter’s agreement at the time of booking where a copy of your ID will be requested. • Per our house rules, you will be required to schedule a $500 security deposit hold at the time of booking. The hold is processed the day before your check-in and, as long as the cabin and property are left in good condition, it is released within 3 days of your check-out. • We understand that accidents happen. As part of your reservation, you will receive accidental damage protection for up to $1,500 (exclusions apply). We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages in a timely manner. If the damage was caused by negligence, breaking of house rules or it falls under the exclusions, it may be withheld from your security deposit. Communication is key. Likewise, should you find anything broken upon arrival, please notify us right away so that we can correct the situation for you in a quick and timely manner. • There is no smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the decks. Should you choose to smoke, please use the dedicated area on the driveway. • If you are bringing a pet, this must be included in your booking so that the applicable pet fee is included in your rate. In addition, to the provided amenities, we also provide towels for your pups paws and a vacuum to make keeping the cabin clean during your stay a breeze. We kindly request you to crate your pet when unattended. • Guests consistently praise our attention to cleanliness, which is attainable for our cleaners to maintain by our guests following the basic check-out instructions. We reserve the right to withhold money from the security deposit if you do not complete the requested tasks. We stand behind our cleanliness standards and will promptly address any concerns you have. • For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras facing outward only from the cabin and the studio towards the driveway. • There are no refunds for weather. It was truly amazing. Everything was thought of from coffee & tea provided to spices & utensils in the kitchen. Vicki has thought of everything! She even provided a few free wellness shots in the fridge. So kind!The house itself is in a beautiful, private location. We adored the view from the deck! The games and karaoke machine that were provided helped entertain the kids AND adults. We had so much fun at the house we hardly went into town. Thanks so much, Vicki for a wonderful stay. Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kim S. 18 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté We loved our stay at Heavenly Heights cabin. It had plenty of room for all 17 of us. Check-in was a breeze. There were 2 bears within 25 ft of the cabin 20 minutes after we checked in. That was cool!!They are NOT kidding when they say to lock up your garbage in the cages. One day a bear actually opened a locked cage and got into the trash. The pantry was SO perfect for storing all our food and snacks. It left the whole kitchen open for eating, etc. It is fully stocked with all the cook\\bakeware, appliances you will need. It is the most stocked kitchen I've ever stayed at.Now to the view....I can only say, stunning and simply gorgeous! Every bedroom had a view...just perfect!!We are so glad that we chose this cabin to bring our family to. Everyone had a wonderful time.....especially our oldest grandson and his gal who had the top floor bedroom with the shower that opens to the outside balcony. They LOVED that feature to say the least!! ##### Kim S. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kevin L. 2 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great secluded Tenn Cabin Getaway We ventured to Sevierville with 17 of us looking to all stay together under one roof. We found this listing and booked it based on rooms, bathrooms, amenities such as arcade and game room and the included cooking stations outdoors and location. Check in was as simple as receiving a custom code for all the doors the day of. Check out was as simple as a few details of putting towels in certain locations and making sure the trash was taken out. The stay was a blast. The property was perfect. Completely secluded from neighboring homes. Private drive. Safe. Clean. Huge main room off the main floor and kitchen. Second pantry room with a second refrigerator made for a great place to store foods and beverages. Rooms were large. More than enough beds for 17 people. We had one hiccup the entire week with some A/C issues but Vicki was responsive immediately via text and the HVAC were out same day for repairs. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place to call home for the week as we did. We spent as much time and days enjoying the cabin as we did exploring the area. ##### Kevin L. The views were spectacular. We ended up eating at the house every night. We had pizzas in the pizza oven. Hibachi on the blackstone and burgers on the grill! Everything we needed was at the house. We so enjoyed our time together as a family.
