About this property

Right on the river!

  • Welcome to Black Bear Vacations and Cozy Creek, where the name really does reflect the home :) This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a large dining area and spacious living room with a stone fireplace and large flat screen smart TV. All of the bedrooms have king beds and their own en suite bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you would need to create delicious meals, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner (or even a midnight snack!). Head upstairs to the loft to enjoy a game of shuffleboard, play a few rounds of PacMan and other classic arcade games on the Multicade, challenge each other to a board game, or simply relax in the quiet and get lost in a book. And a soak in the hot tub is a welcome end to a long day of excursions and adventures.... :) I look forward to hosting you!

Absolutely beautiful cabin

I absolutely loved this cabin. It is so beautiful and has lots of room. Had everything we needed and was everything we hoped for. I will love to stay here again.

perfect place to stay

very nice place to stay not to far from the parkway. the stream was great to listen to and watch. hot tub was nice to sit in. very clean and everything, you need for a great vacation.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and as pictured. The Property Manager was quick to respond and very helpful when we ran into a little issue during our stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Cozy Getaway

We thought this place was great! Beautiful cabin overlooking the river. Not far from town and easy to get to. The owner was very responsive and so very kind. We plan on staying here again.

After School Trip

The cabin was amazing!!! Plenty of room for all and great location. I highly recommend this cabin! It was furnished and decorated beautifully. We had a chipmunk, squirrels, a groundhog and a momma bird with 3 babies to visit daily.

Cozy, clean, great location!

The cabin is well stocked with supplies. This was perfect for my family and parents-a group of 8. The kids enjoyed the gaming and the adults enjoyed the spacious cabin and easy access to The Parkway and other attraction areas. Would rent again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

Cabin was perfect for us girls. Mom with 3 daughters and a granddaughter. Girls trip. Very clean, close to town, easy to get too. We even saw a mama bear and 2 cubs close to where you turn into cabin one night.

Mom's respite get-away

The cabin is beautiful and clean. It is in a nice, remote location that was still close to everything. It provided us with the perfect place to rest and recharge. The owner was also very responsive when we reached out with a question. We will definitely be booking this cabin again on our future respite retreats.

Cozy cabin

The cabin is nice and clean and the air conditioner was wonderful. Needs a new grill . Half of the burners didn’t work and the grill was dangerous. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect accommodations for our family.

My husband & I came for fall break with our son, dil, and grandson. The cabin is gorgeous and convenient to so many activities. Maybe not your choice if you’re looking for a secluded location off the beaten path. However it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

Christmas in the Mountains

Our family planned this trip more than a year in advance. We arrived and had a bit of a hiccup. The owner was quick to reply and rectify an issue. We are very grateful to Sierra and her connections at another cabin. The Cozy Creek was definitely cozy. Our family enjoyed the stay in the mountains.

Enjoyed our time!

Cabin was awesome. Very clean and relaxing. Hot tub and deck were very enjoyable. Upstairs mattress was uncomfortable with springs being squeaky and poking in one of the bedrooms. But the other furniture was very comfortable. The grill is not really useable. We would stay again and also try one of the other Black Bear Vacation properties.

Friends Forever

This cabin was wonderful. It was clean , roomy, bedrooms was big . My friends and I have been going to the mountains together for over 20 years. And stay in some not so perfect cabins. But this one was everything we like . In fact we have plan next year to rent this one again . Wonderful, wonderful cabin.

Great location

Not the greatest on cleanliness, lot of the lighting didn’t work and wasn’t very bright. Could have been stocked better for extended stays and larger groups. Jets in the master tub doesn’t work, kitchen needs upgraded. Great location and plenty of room for 6 adults.

Beautiful large cabin

We stayed here during the Rod Run. Didn’t want to deal with the craziness of the hotels. Best decision ever. The cabin was in a very quiet neighborhood. There was some street noise from Wears Valley in the back. But it did not distract from the property. The cabin was very large, exceptionally clean and was stocked well. The host was quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again.
