Conveniently located in the Sky Harbor community this luxuriously renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is the best spot for your next family vacation. Your family will enjoy plenty of entertainment, nature, parking, and less than 10 minute drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. \- Completely renovated to the studs in May of 2021 with a style that pays homage to the surrounding mountains yet is modern and comfortable. Unique design elements and high-end copper, matte black, and gold finishes provide a luxury experience rarely found in the smokes! \- The cabin is on a half-acre double lot with no cabins in view between the back of the house and the mountains! The upper and lower driveways plus a one-car garage accommodate 6-7 vehicles, ensuring ample parking for your entire group. \- Located off The Spur only 7 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg, and 18 minutes from the park’s Sugarlands Visitor Center. The roads to the cabin are well maintained and easy to navigate. \~THE HOUSE\~ Living Areas The cabin has two distinct living areas. The upstairs living room offers a fireplace, 55” TV, and has access to two decks, which overlook Ober Gatlinburg and the surrounding area. The downstairs living area features a 70” TV with BluRay player, a variety of board/card games and puzzles, arcade machines, and game tables. The basement also has access to the downstairs swinging porch, covered outdoor lounge area, and the hot tub. TV and Internet There are TVs in each living area and bedroom. The living areas have cable boxes with a full cable tv package including sports channels, HBO, and Showtime. The bedrooms each feature TVs with Roku devices. Each TV has Netflix and Youtube access. The WiFi is very strong, offering speeds up to 200 MB/S using a mesh wifi system that offers a robust signal throughout the house and outdoor living areas. Need a quiet corner to work on the computer or take a Zoom meeting? A built-in workstation in the basement features a HDMI monitor, desk chair, and usb chargers. Kitchen The kitchen was recently upgraded with navy blue wood cabinetry, leathered granite surfaces, and stainless-steel appliances, including a convection oven! It is fully equipped with a variety of utensils, pots, pans, glasses, and most everything you will need! Small appliances include both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Bedrooms All bedrooms feature TVs, plenty of dresser space, alarm clocks with wireless charging, and ample outlets/usb ports in convenient locations along the side of each bed. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the rear deck, a king bed, and a luxurious private attached bath, featuring a beautiful freestanding copper tub with a view! Just across the hall in the front bedroom, there is a king bed and an entrance to the hall bath, which features a tub/shower combo with blue tile and a copper bowl vessel sink. Downstairs, a separate bedroom features a king bed and an entrance to the mountain industrial style basement bathroom, which is shared with the basement bunk area. The bunk area features three beds (including a trundle that pulls out from underneath) and is semi-open to the downstairs living area. Additional Details Additional spaces in the cabin include four decks featuring a gas grill, several swings and rockers, an outdoor dining area, and comfortable chairs overlooking the mountains. The lower deck features a hot tub and lounge area. There is also a separate laundry room with an ironing board in addition to an attached 1-car garage- perfect for those attending the area car shows and Rod Runs! Guest Access The entire space is yours! Guest Interaction Check-in is via smart lock, and you\`ll have complete privacy during your stay. The host is local and is available should any need arise. Roads leading to the property are paved and well-maintained. The roads are narrow and winding for the last two to three minutes of your trip (if coming from the Spur, which is the recommended route), but the drive is very easy otherwise. Please note that this property is located in a mountain environment, and 4WD or chains may be required in the winter. Please be prepared and consider purchasing travel insurance if visiting in the winter months as cancellations are not available due to weather. They couldn’t wait to get back to the cabin each night to play. It was also the little touches like the baby gate for the steps that made this a special place. Not to mention the fun game area that was open with the downstairs living area. Just overall a neat family cabin. Little common sense things to note like not great cell service but that’s the mountains not the cabin. But having WIFI and all the great things around you, you don’t even notice! Location was very peaceful and view was amazing. Had a few minor issues with some remote batteries and the hot tub but nothing that hindered our stay. The management staff answered all questions promptly. Check in and out was a breeze. Keep in mind, this is a house, not a hotel so don't be surprised if you need to bring more with you for your stay than you normally would. The roads are slightly twisty and narrow going up to the property since to cabin is on a mountain. Location was great for going into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for the day. Awesome views. Game room was better than we expected and the fireplace in the game room was an excellent surprise. Owner was responsive and very nice, which made a huge difference for me, it's not always like that but was greatly appreciated. Definitely will stay here when we go back. ##### Penni O. Very clean, functional, well equipped with everything we needed. We were two families of 4 (with kids ranging 9-12). The only negative note is that there’s a shooting range near by. we could hear non stop shooting for much of the day. If that bothers you, you might want to reconsider. ##### Matias B. From the outside it looks like a typical ranch. The house has been completely remodeled with high end furnishings. It's exquisitely designed and decorated. Very homey. Loved having night-lights, couch pillows and blankets. Great for toddlers and kids of all ages. Very spacious for 2 couples, 1 single adult and a toddler. There are two king bedrooms on the first floor. The single car garage has been converted into a kids room w/ a full/queen and twin bunk bed w/ room to play - and you'd never know it was a garage! The basement has a king bedroom and twin bunk area. A huge hangout area for kids and adults. 3 bathrooms in total which worked out great. Travis was always available to answer any questions and address comments we had. Our extended family of 10, ages 5 to 65, enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin. There really is something for everyone. Location was perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, roads up to the cabin are steep and narrow but manageable. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Keyless entry worked smoothly. Wifi was best in the kitchen/living room, lacking in other areas. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, drinkware, utensils, cookware, etc.. Ice maker and filtered water in fridge were bonus. King beds were VERY comfortable. 2 rooms with bunk beds make a fun place for the cousins to sleep. A/C worked very well in all areas of the cabin. Water pressure took some planning - couldn't run more than a shower/laundry/sink at a time. Washer and dryer worked great. Appreciated the labeling of all switches within the cabin. We traveled with our family of 3 (including a 3 year old), my parents, my brother and his fiancé. The location of this cabin was incredible! Located directly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made traveling to daily activities a breeze. The outdoor decks were wonderful and we enjoyed using the hot tub and grill. The entire cabin was clean and looked just like the pictures. My family has had some less than clean rentals in the past, to the point where we don’t unload the car until we check the house. This place passed with flying colors. Our favorite part was the basement. The game room was fun for the 3 year old in our group and the adults enjoyed quality family time as well. It's so convenient to get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, actually only 10 minutes into either town. The cabin it self was very comfortable. We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group. The bunk area is pretty open to the playroom/living area on the lower level so keep that in mind if you're going to have kids sleeping there. The playroom was a great way to keep the kids busy when we had down time at the cabin! The house was clean and neat upon arrival. The hot tub was clean and ready to use, and both decks were great. Also, the owner was responsive to our requests through the week via the VRBO message portal and phone. Overall, I'd recommend this property to anyone! ##### Emily K. I searched for cabins for literal weeks, I was so excited when I saw this one because I knew it was the one. It had everything I was looking for and more. My children ages 4 and 7 were always busy with one of the many amenities whether it was top golf with dad or an air hockey tournament with grandpa. Every detail of the cabin was visually beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. We had a birthday during our stay, and everything I needed to cook a dinner for 8 and make cupcakes was available for me. Also any time I needed to contact the property owner I received almost an immediate reply. I could go on for much longer about all the positives on this property. If I had to say any kind of negative, it'd probably just be the roads to get to the cabin, but that's probably just my fear of heights talking.
