I will say very spacious, quiet and clean. Needs a little work. Lots of stairs. So if handicap or disabled not a good pick. Owners are very nice and accommodating . The games were good for my young granddaughter, and the house was set up well for the families needs. It was also close to everything that we were interested in during this trip.
