• Located on a quiet, wooded private drive with only a few neighboring cabins nearby.

• All roads are fully paved and accessible with standard vehicles—4WD is not required but recommended in the winter when snow and ice are present.

• The driveway has one small bump at the entrance; simply slow down and continue on the lit fenceline.

• The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

• No smoking or vaping.

• No parties or events.

• Please enjoy the peaceful mountain setting and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Wildlife is common in the Smokies, so please keep food secured and enjoy observing nature from a safe distance.
