SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

With 5 bedrooms and room for up to 14 guests, everyone has a comfortable place to recharge after a day of mountain adventures.

Bedroom 1 – Main Floor Master Suite

King bed, private bathroom, direct deck access, and a 50” Smart TV. Conveniently located off the living room.

Bedroom 2 – Upstairs

King bed, 50” Smart TV, and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 – Upstairs

King bed, private closet, 50” Smart TV, and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4 – Upstairs Bunk Room

Two queen beds plus a queen trundle, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. This Smoky Mountain National Park-themed room is perfect for kids, teens, or young adults. Includes a private closet and 43” Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 – Upstairs

King bed, private closet, 50” Smart TV, and a shared bathroom.

The four upstairs bedrooms have access to Jack-and-Jill-style shared bathrooms.

RETRO ARCADE ROOM

Welcome to the disco side of the Smokies!

Located on the lower level, our Dolly Parton-inspired arcade brings together colorful lights, retro vibes, and plenty of friendly competition. It’s one of those places where kids and adults can easily lose track of time!

Play your favorites, including Mortal Kombat II, Street Fighter II, Ms. Pac-Man, The Simpsons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Terminator 2, Golden Tee 3D, NBA Jam, and Wheel of Fortune.

HEATED INDOOR POOL

Pool time isn’t just for summer around here!

Our indoor plunge pool is heated year-round to approximately 82–85°F, so you can enjoy a swim regardless of the weather.

Pool details: 12’ × 10’, approximately 5 feet deep.

Please keep in mind that this is a heated swimming pool, not a hot tub. The water is comfortably warm for swimming, but not hot. For everyone’s safety, diving is strictly prohibited.

HOT TUB

After a day exploring the Smokies, there’s nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub!

Our outdoor hot tub seats up to 7 guests and is a great place to unwind.

Good to know: The hot tub may take approximately 6 hours to reach its ideal temperature. Depending on the cleaning schedule and water maintenance, it may still be heating when you arrive.

GAME ROOM

Who says the fun has to stop at the arcade?

We’ve transformed the garage into another entertainment space, complete with ping pong, a putting green, and foosball. Perfect for a little family competition!

INFRARED SAUNA

Take some time to relax and recharge in our infrared sauna.

The sauna reaches temperatures up to approximately 130°F and typically takes 60 minutes or longer to heat up, so plan ahead before your session.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

Cooking for the whole crew? We’ve got you covered!

Our modern kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, a Ninja blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, and more.

Whether you’re preparing a big family breakfast or a quick snack before heading out, you’ll feel right at home.

LIVING ROOM

Gather around, get comfortable, and make yourself at home!

Our spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, an electric fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV. It’s the perfect place for movie nights, catching up with family, or relaxing after a busy day.

COFFEE BAR

Because every great mountain morning starts with good coffee!

Our coffee station includes a Keurig, French press, pour-over setup, drip coffee maker, iced coffee options, and an electric kettle.

We also provide a starter supply of 10 K-Cups to get your mornings going.

FAMILY EXTRAS & AMENITIES

Traveling with little ones? We’ve thought of that, too!

You’ll find a highchair, travel crib, Pack ’n Play, books, board games, and plenty of entertainment throughout the cabin.

We also have a dedicated workspace with a monitor for anyone who needs to squeeze in a little work between adventures.

BATHROOM ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, face wipes, Q-tips, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and a hair dryer in each bathroom.

To help you settle in, we also include a starter supply of:

* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 10 Keurig coffee pods

These are starter quantities, so larger groups or longer stays may want to bring additional supplies.

OUTDOOR BBQ GRILL

Fire up the grill and enjoy a cookout!

We provide a 4-burner propane grill for guest use. Our cleaning team makes every effort to ensure propane is available. If a tank runs empty during your stay, we’ll reimburse you for a refill.

We kindly ask guests to brush off the grill after using it so it’s ready for the next cookout. The grill also receives periodic maintenance from a separate service provider.

FITNESS AREA

Want to keep up with your workout routine while on vacation?

Our fitness setup includes dumbbells, a weight bench, resistance bands, and a Chirp Wheel. And when you’re finished, the infrared sauna is waiting!

ENTERTAINMENT

All TVs throughout the cabin have access to YouTube TV, offering a variety of live television channels and entertainment.
