What's best of all is the absolutely most spectacular views you will enjoy from not one, but two balconies. When your ready for adventure most attractions in Pigeon Forge are roughly 20 minutes away. Check out our many 5 Star Reviews on Air-bnb & VRBO, our cabin is the perfect balance of rustic outdoor appeal and all the modern conveniences of home... Enjoy your time inside and out: Upstairs: • Bedroom – King bed & TV • Private Balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs Downstairs: • Living room with sofa (queen sleeper), electric fireplace, and TV • Game Room - Multi-game console, Pool Table, Boom Box (blue tooth) • Kitchen (Fully stocked) • Dining table with two chairs Outdoors: • Outdoor seating on main deck/ patio with table and 2 chairs • Hot tub • BBQ Charcoal grill (guest provides charcoal) • Large porch swing • Parking for up to 2 vehicles Guest access You will be provided the door code and the check-in details 2 days before arrival. Available only thru Platform Messenger, 7 days per week 9-6 EST Other things to note • We provide a starter pack consisting of coffee, liquid hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, dish soap and sponge. You may need to buy more items during your stay. • Personal Toiletries - We start you off with sample size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please plan accordingly. • -CHILD SUPERVISION RQUIRED- Cabin is not baby proofed. We do not provide accommodations such as crib, high chair, baby gate, pack & play, toys, etc., therefore ALL children must be supervised at all times. Many hazards exist in a cabin: Stairs, Railings & Falls over 6 feet, Bugs, Wildlife & more. Guest is responsible for child safety. • In the event our hot tub has just been refilled the same day you check in, it likely won't be hot until the following day. They do take time to heat up. Please be patient. • You will likely encounter critters and bugs. Keep in mind you are in a wooded area and although we maintain a monthly pest control service, inside and out, it is impossible to eliminate all bugs from the property. • Please watch your step when navigating the stairs to the loft at night. There are two (2) switches, one is located at the bottom of the staircase and the other is upstairs on the wall next to the left side bedpost. • Last 200 feet to our driveway is gravel and on a slight incline. Not suitable for trailers • During winter months our area in the south may see periods of snow and ice. Check the forecast before your arrival and we strongly urge you to consider a 4WD vehicle or have chains or both just in case. While not mandatory please do your research as to what is available and encouraged by State & Local Authorities during inclement weather for this region. Please be advised: • Minimum age requirement to make a reservation: 25+ years of age (we do make exception for mature persons, please send us a note explaining your situation) • Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 4\. No exceptions • No Parties of any kind • Do not lean or hang or climb on the railings • The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! • No late check-out or early check-in. Early arrival or late check-out will accrue a $50 charge every 30min • No smoking inside the cabin, on patio, in the hot tub or decks. No smoking within 20' of the front of the cabin. If you smoke outside you are required to extinguish all butts and material in a fireproof container and take with you at checkout. You will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages • Pets are NOT allowed. Very, very clean and the accommodations are great. Everything was as described and the host and overall experience was easily 5 star. The views are breathtaking from the deck and bedroom and as the sun comes up over the mountains in the morning you'll fall in love with the location as we did. Unlike some of the other cabin rentals, while there are cabins close by, you don't really see any of them and you've sort of got your own isolated spot. There's just one "concern" and it really only affects those of us who are overweight/fluffy: the toilet and shower are small. It's nothing that you can't work around, but I do want it out there so people don't mark this host down unfairly. The bathroom setup is very typical/common for these smaller cabins and there's nothing WRONG with it, but if you're a pretty wide person (2 airplane seats kind of person) you may find it somewhat cramped to shower or whatever. That said there's a jacuzzi tub that's full sized and the bathroom size as a whole is very nice. Look I'm 5'6" and well north of 350...I made it work and so I'm not going to mark the host down. I did have to be careful getting in and out of the shower. Next time I come I hope to be thinner - this is an issue for me to fix, not the host. I just wanted to let my fellow fluffy people know so they don't get mad at the wonderful people who host this property. And that's truly all the bad I have to say. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was great, washer/dryer was nice, and there's a pool table and little mini arcade. Great rental! A++++++ will rent again! ##### Matt W.
