Beautiful space, well cared for, and with all the necessary amenities. Located next to the Pigeon River, there were many activities there at the cabin and nearby.
The cabin is beautiful! Kristie is so pleasant to speak with as i had questions before the stay. Fully stocked with dishes, towels, starter soaps and laundry detergent and dishwasher soap so that was nice! And shampoos and conditioner and soap for showers which was great! The hot tub was wonderful and the sound of the river makes for a peaceful stay and sleep. Kids loved playing in the river and husband caught trout. With a tennessee fishing license of course. Game room is great!
Gorgeous property and great for all ages. The location is so close to Gatlinburg and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for nature and relaxation.
Exactly as described! My family had four adult couples that had plenty to do and each had their own space but still able to feel like we were together as a family. Would definitely book again!
This is a beautiful cabin. Extremely clean and wonderful bedrooms. Each bedroom has a master bathroom so much privacy for all 4 couples. The deck overlooks the river so we spent most of our time here.
My family and I could not be more happy with our experience staying here at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back to enjoy the sounds of the river and many other perks this place has to offer!
This location we picked was amazing! It was a great vacation location. The cabin was the perfect size and location to a stream and a nice fire pit area. It was everything that all us of wanted. The only thing we didn’t use was the hot tub, but that was because we came back tired every evening and had plans the next morning early. We will definitely be booking this location again soon.
Thankful to have enjoyed our week at this beautiful river paradise. We had fun exploring the river ..of course with our river shoes and sitting on the balcony every chance we had. The kids played pool for hours and enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin is not too far from town and at the same time private from the hustle and bustle. The host was attentive to be sure we were settled in and readily available. Definitely very pleased with our stay.
This home was fantastic and was perfect for our Spring Break vacation in Gatlinburg. The home was as described in the listing and the host was excellent - she provided tons of information (even an app to download on our phones) about where to go to get groceries, activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, places to eat, and everything you needed to know about the home itself. The river was amazing and our kids enjoyed climbing the rocks and exploring along the bank. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, arcade games, hot tub and fire pit. We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!
We stayed with my parents, two young adult nieces, and two young boys. The river is beautiful and loud. Be aware that the river is not a place to play in right in front of the house. The house is beautiful and comfortable- everyone has plenty of space. We’ve stayed in many vrbos and this has been our favorite. I will say this, not as a complaint but be aware, there’s some stairs and slick surfaces. Not necessarily a place for people with knee or stability issues. But for everyone else, it’s the best places in the smokies.
This home was perfect for our family getaway. Four master bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom! The setting was perfect, secluded yet close to. Gatlinburg, the national park and more. The view from both large decks of the river were perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was very responsive to questions. My husband's only regret was that he didn't bring his whitewater kayak because there was a perfect surfing wave on the river right in front of the home. He and my grandson did enjoy the quiet pool of water down the steps to the left and we all enjoyed the hot tub.
This place was amazing! We knew from the pictures that we were going to have a great time but this trip far exceeded our expectations. We came with the teenagers and grandparents for a Spring Break retreat. When we arrived the views took our breath away. The sounds of the river were so soothing and relaxing. We had so much room for the 8 of us. Each bedroom was huge with private bathrooms and 2 additional half baths!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner and play games after spending the days exploring Gatlinburg. The drive into Gatlinburg was super easy and truly no traffic. The game room was a huge hit with video games and a very nice pool table which we took full advantage of some family competitions. Our 12 year old was so excited to fish in the river and he had a blast. He got to see an otter playing in the rapids and we saw eagles soaring overhead. The hot tub was a perfect way to soak in the sights and sounds after long days. We truly did not want to leave. Kristi was so kind and communicative and shared tons of details and tips. Thank you Kristi and Dave for sharing your little slice of heaven in the mountains. We can’t wait to come back.
What a great place to stay in. We really loved sitting out back and enjoying the view and the sounds of the River rushing along. The place exceeded our expectations and was exactly as explained in the listing.
A quiet house for a beautiful family retreat. The river was spectacular. The house is secluded enough to have quiet moments but close enough to enjoy the Smokies!
The place was everything it was said to be. One of the most scenic places we have stayed at. Plenty of room, great location and just absolutely gorgeous.
