You are going to love this premier family-friendly 3BR/3BA, 3-level cabin in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Bear Creek Retreat is situated on a private one-acre lot with a flat backyard, it’s large enough for three families (or 3 generations) to spread out, have fun and make lots of memories!! You can hear the creek in the back while sitting in rocking chairs on one of the three levels of decks. Amenities include hot tub, fire pit, horseshoe pit, 60-game arcade, pool table, game room, basketball, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Conveniently located between Sevierville and Gatlinburg, only 3.3 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and you won’t be driving any steep, unpaved mountain roads to get there. Only 7.6 miles to Dollywood. In the other direction, you are only 3 miles from Wears Valley Road. You’ll be close enough to all the attractions, while still feeling like you are “away from it all”. And while you are in a neighborhood, cabins are spaced out well. You won't be able to share coffee on the porch with your next door neighbor (you know the ones I'm talking about!) ;) Also, not on a well. We have City water, with a filter in the fridge, for clean purified drinking water at all times! (and ice maker!) The cabin is NON-SMOKING and NO ANIMALS ALLOWED due to allergies. NO PARTIES!!! No more than 12 people allowed in the cabin at one time due to local fire codes. You must be 25 to book and agree to all house rules outlined in the Short-Term Rental Agreement. There are 3 large bedrooms, one on each level, and each with their own bathroom. The children will be fighting over who gets to sleep in the queen-over-queen log bunk bed in the downstairs game room, which makes a total of 5 beds, and sleeps 10 comfortably. The master on the top level includes a king-sized bed with jacuzzi tub. The highlight of the master on the top level is the door out to the porch with your own rocking chairs. The master on the main level also features a king-sized bed with reading nook. The bedroom on the bottom floor is off the game room. It features a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The main level invites you in with a 2-story foyer, a large dining table which comfortably seats 8, and a gas fireplace in the cozy living room, which also hosts a queen sleeper sofa. There is a hot tub on this level, as well as a picnic table and rockers on the back porch. This porch was made for bird-watchers, as we host birds of all different kinds - hummingbirds, cardinals, chickadees, hawks and more! The upstairs features a large loft area with pool table, jukebox, and another sleeper sofa. Downstairs, you will find the game room, which includes a fun 2-person basketball game, a 2-person barrel arcade with 60 games, a Connect Four on the wall, and an armoire full of board games and puzzles for hours of fun. Plus a 55" Roku TV with DVD player. Everyone is going to love this room!! You won't get bored on a rainy day. The kitchen is fully-stocked, including new pots and pans, and stainless steel appliances. There’s a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, and crockpot. The coffee station features both a standard 12-cup drip coffee maker and a single serve Keurig for coffee pods. There’s also a charcoal picnic grill out front. And that’s if you want to cook. If you don’t want to cook, you are only a short drive away from great places like Blue Moose Burgers & Wings, The Local Goat, Bluffs Grill and Bar, Mel's Diner, Margaritaville and The Island, Chick-Fil-A and so, so many more!! The cabin is also fully equipped with high-speed internet and the main level and game room have smart Roku TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. (Bring your own passwords). Not only are there 3 levels to the cabin, there is another large set of deck stairs going down to the backyard. Therefore, it's not well-suited for new walkers or crawlers. So we do recommend all children be over 3 years old. CHECK IN time is 4pm. CHECK OUT time is 10am. This gives our excellent cleaning crew plenty of time of sanitize and clean according to the CDC standards. Host was very responsive and amenities were plentiful. Many great memories made, including s’mores around the campfire, 9 ball pool tournament, Frogger/Ms Pac-Man, basketball, and morning coffee on the balcony. The house was clean and spacious. They use good quality sheets and rhe beds were very comfortable. The owner was very good as well sending a message to make sure we were happy and situated once we got there. My kids loved the upstairs pool table and downstairs games. I could not recommend this place more. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We actually saw a bear walking through which was amazing. The neighbor said they call him bojangles and he comes through looking for trash but will not bother anyone. ##### Kelly M. It was far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy the peace & quiet of the mountains yet everything you could imagine to go see & do was within a short drive. It had many starter products, such as trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Everything was labeled to make it easy, and the host responded quickly when needed. There was a lot to do. We got to see quite a few bears this trip, so didn’t venture down to the fire pit area much. If we come back to TN, we’ll book again. Highly recommend!!! ##### Katie K.
