It is convenient off major roads yet peaceful. The cottage is on 1.3 acres of flat and open land next to the creek. The interior is very modern and charming too. The living room has a large leather sectional sofa and a smart TV with a sound bar. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking needs, dishes, and silverware. A screened-in porch overlooks the creek right outside the living room through a French door, and the hot tub is in a large pavilion next to the porch. The master king bedroom on the waterside has a private bathroom on the main floor, and another bedroom off the dining room has a full-size bed but doesn't have direct access to a bathroom. The upstairs has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom, and a futon bed outside of the bedroom on the landing can be used by a kid, who can share a bathroom with whoever sleeps in the queen room. The well-lit dining room is excellent for multiple purposes, such as sitting down for meals, playing games, doing desk work, etc., and the large yard is overlooked through the double glass sliding door. The Game-house has two queens. The Game-house has a pool table and additional game table. There is no bathroom there currently. We appreciate many guests who have enjoyed the place and are still returning. Security camera on the outside. This is the sweetest little cabin! It’s not fancy, but its very nice and it’s a perfect location and plenty of space for a big family. The kids love the little slide and playground. The cabins were clean and very comfortable with a bit of an usual layout. We had 7 family members, and everyone loved the accommodations, especially with the pool table in the game house and the hot tub overlooking the river. Property had mountain country setting but literally just a couple miles from the busy strip in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults 2 teenagers and one child. The screened porch just steps from the creek was the favorite spot for everyone. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone requiring accommodations for a large group.
