I HAD GREAT CONTACT WITH THE OWNER AND THE CLEANER. THE OVEN WENT OUT (WHICH HAPPENS). THEY WERE ON IT RIGHT AWAY, PURCHASED A NEW ONE, DELIVERED IT AND SET IT UP ALL IN THE SAME DAY! The oven did not work the entire time we were there. It was very disappointing that we could not use ir. Lena called and checked on us to see if we needed anything, never had that before. Very clean and affordable. Definitely will be back. ##### Angela S. It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Very close to town and plenty of room. We had 4 adults and a bunch of teenagers to early 20 year olds. We put all the kids upstairs with 2 large bedrooms with a couch fold out and they had blast with the big screen tv, pool table and games. The 4 of us enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and living room on the lower level. The double balcony was heaven and we spent hours drinking coffee and wine as a family on the back porch or in the hot tub. If you’re anything like me mountain roads can be intimidating. I will say the last half mile of the drive is a bit steep and very winding. Please don’t let this deter you. I want to be honest because I know people get nervous about the roads. Be prepared for the last half mile to just be alert and cautious but the home is very easy to reach and the drive way is not steep at all and has plenty of space to park easily. It is worth it!!!! I am a total scary road wimp and I drove it numerous times. All in all we will stay again and recommend this home to everyone. One of the best vacations we’ve Ever had. ##### Renee H. The cabin accommodated all ages and was in a lovely quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions. The only suggestion we have is to turn up the water heater as we found the showers and tubs a bit cool! We loved Lena’s Lodge and would love to return. ##### Alicia G. Our host was wonderful. I loved all the decor. We had a variety of different ages staying with our family and there was plenty of room and lots to do. The owner worked with us several times, including allowing us to stay a few extra hours due to snow to ensure we left safely. I greatly appreciated her kindness and willingness to keep my family safe.Another huge plus of this house is the fact that not only do they have four king size beds, but all of them were very comfortable with mattress toppers, and everybody commented how comfortable the bed were.
