The only downside was that their is only enough seating for 6 (4 at the kitchen table, and 2 at the counter) We wish there was seating for 8, not 6\. It is not far off of Veterans BLVD. We like this location so we have easy access to the back road around Pigeon Forge, because traffic can be crazy! The Property was just as described. Clean, easy to get to, and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub, too! Communication was wonderful with the property owner. Check in was a breeze. The only suggestion I have is to add some kitchen curtains and blinds over the back door. That's just my personal preference. We would definitely recommend this property for your getaway! As plans changed we didn't end up bringing our fur baby, but did have the pleasure of having my sister, brother-in-law and niece spend a night before they checked into a hotel for a dance competition in Gatlinburg. Condo is centrally located, close to Dollywood but also sits out in a nice family oriented neighborhood. Condo was clean and the hot tub in the back porch was delightful. Parking is listed as 2 spots in front of condo which is confusing and the neighbor in the connecting condo as well as the one next door often parked and blocked access to the condo. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on site for use. My only suggestions would be: have at least 6-8 matching dishes, silverware and cups to be available for larger parties (since it sleeps 8), to add some type of privacy feature on the back porch for the hot tub (the neighbors in back can sit on their deck and watch you) and to have blinds/drapes in the kitchen and possibly the back door to the deck as those areas are wide open and easily viewed by the neighbors on the back side.
