Felt extremly unsafe at the property
Property is excellent which is why this pains me. I thought the property management company would have been more responsive to the issues we faced. When we arrived a smoke alarm was chriping. It was in the loft bedroom and unreachable. We messaged at 3pm and asked if they could fix it before night. They said it was no problem to get someone out. Is ent them a picture to show where it was so they would send someone with a tall enough ladder. 6pm a noce gentleman showed up with a 6ft ladder. He said there was no way he was reaching the alarm and he called "the guy with the bigger ladder". So alsreay i am wondering why they didnt relay the picture to the maintenance people. 9pm.is approaching and still no one comes. I call to ask if we should continue to wait and a very nasty woman proceedee to berate me about how these are 3rd part vendors and she wasnt sure if they were coming or not. I retorted if she would be ok with a stanger walking in while they were sleeping, since no one could tell me if he was still coming. She told me she would call me back. Never did. Next morning they tell me he will be there that morning. We wait until noon and leave the property for the day. Return at 6pm and the front door is WIDE OPEN. I walked in and the place was empty and alarm had been changed. So deduction tells you the guy with the big ladder didnt close the door when he left. I call the company and was told someone would call me back from guest serices. Never called. We felt so unsafe.
